3/18/2017 -- from notes: 12oz bottle, shared with Steph. Bottled 3/1/2017. Nice big hop nose -- floral, citrus, spicy. Some sort of odd sweet characterless base malt. Medium-plus body, kind of creamy with a dry finish. Solid but didn't love it and wouldn't care for another.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 3/1/2017. Pours moderate hazy/cloudy golden orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, berry, lemon/orange zest, light pepper/pine, light caramel, toasted biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, berry, lemon/orange zest, light pepper/pine, light caramel, toasted biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, zesty, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, berry, lemon/orange zest, light pepper/pine, light caramel, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and fairly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6.7%. Overall this is a very nice IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the mellowly bitter/drying finish. Kind of East coast feeling with the milder bitterness. This has nice juicy Mosaic/Centennial hop character; with a nice bready malt backbone. Never overly sweet/heavy feeling. A very enjoyable offering.

Pours clear golden with a thick and fairly persistent eggshell head. Aroma presents resiny hops, citrus, and subtle tropical and malty notes. Flavor offers resiny and slightly dank hops, citrus and tropical fruit, and a little fresh malt. Mouthfeel delivers firm, smooth body, plus fair fizz and a resiny finish. Pitch high!

Bottle from Beer Republic. Aroma is fruity hops with citrus, tropical fruits, grapefruit, some Mosaic dankness, pale malt, orange, fruit peel, and a soft floral touch. Flavour is light sweet with a bitter finish. Body is medium. Good Mosaic IPA!

11/2/17. 12oz bottle from Warehouse, Albany. As soon as I saw "balanced" in the description, I had a feeling this beer was a waste of Mosaic, and I was right. Bland aroma, hints of tropical, dank, citrus. Tame flavor, watered down, too malty, not much fresh hop character, hints at tropical and citrus. Eh.

Translucent orange pour. Bottle is from August so it's started the long fade, but this has some nice tropical notes in the nose and flavor and a very subtle melon backdrop. Another I'd like to try fresh.

Bottle @ home. Clear orange golden color, medium sized white head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is lightly malts, very nice tropical fruit hoppy, grapefruit. Taste lightly malts, again great tropical fruityness, grapefruit and fruity hop bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Lovely beer.

kramer (6991) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 29, 2017
Pours a clear dark gold body with a small fizzy white head. The nose is big catty and fruity mosaic hops with a minimal malt impact. The flavor is much the same, all mosaic hops with just a little pale maltiness coming thru. Light to medium bodied with soft fizzy carbonation and a lingering fruity hop finish. Pretty decent IPA. 3/8/7/3/15

Cloudy amber with a white head that lasts. Aroma is peach, grapefruit, citrus, caramel. Medium bodied, moderate bitterness. Solid.

Somewhat cloudy golden blonde pour with a light orange hue and a touch of substance to it. One finger of sandstone tan head. Nice and juicy/resinous nose, some peanut hull, grassy notes, pretty spicy, citrus rind. Medium bodied to a little full bodied, more than I'm looking for. Spicy/bitter citrus rind in the flavor. Green hops on the finish.
