Keg pour in Asheville, NC. Aroma is straw, hay, mild skunk (but not terrible). Taste is corn husks with some vanilla soaked cardboard. Homer321 (5004) - Melboring, Florida, USA - MAY 11, 2017
Draft. Nose is a neutral grainybaroma with not much else. Clear, straw pour. Taste isbrefreshing, quenching. Lightly sweet with an almost vanilla character to it. The novelty loses me after a few sips and it warms. Then it just turns to swill juice. JStax (6347) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - APR 20, 2017

Draft. Poured a clear dark copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate balanced aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met. DialSquare (4967) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAR 23, 2017
12oz bottle from Kenny Road Market: pale yellow pour, thin off-white head. aroma of straw, lager malts. tastes are clean, grainy bread, little lemon, herbal, grass. lowish carbonation. b3shine (8795) - Indiana, USA - MAR 13, 2017
Draft to taster. Looks solid; a transparent gold with white head. Smells and tastes of mild hops and lager yeast with a mildly semi-sweet backbone. Mouthfeel is medium light-bodied and clean with some mild but pleasant bitterness. A solid, sessionable example of the style. malvrich (319) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - FEB 28, 2017
2 month old bottle > pilsner glass.
A: Poured a bright pale yellow with very little head or retention. Crystal clear with slow bubbles rising.
S: Woody bread pils scent with hints of hay and grass.
T: Some grassy hop bitterness at first sip joined by lightly toasted bread. Bitterness remains at the finish. Simple and clean.
M: Light and a little thin bodied with crisp snappy carbonation. Very clean dry finish. Refreshing and crushable.
O: Better than expected. Reviews here are bad but I find this very enjoyable with great bread aroma and flavor.

Sample at the taproom. Slightly hazy pale golden color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of malt and grassy hops. Light-bodied with flavors of crackery malt, mild hops and a bit of fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a short grassy hop aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
