This true American Lager is made with 100% Pilsen malt with a delicate body and light hop profile. Lagered in the tradition of the style to full maturity. It’s a break from the typical craft American beer scene.

Pale yellow from the can. Sweet creamed corn flavor and aroma, light grain. Easy drinking but pretty generic and boring overall.

Keg pour in Asheville, NC. Aroma is straw, hay, mild skunk (but not terrible). Taste is corn husks with some vanilla soaked cardboard.

Draft. Nose is a neutral grainybaroma with not much else. Clear, straw pour. Taste isbrefreshing, quenching. Lightly sweet with an almost vanilla character to it. The novelty loses me after a few sips and it warms. Then it just turns to swill juice.

JStax (6996) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - APR 20, 2017
12 ounce bottle. The beer is a clear gold with a white head of foam. Good head retention. Aroma is grainy and a little fruity. Some herbal notes as well. Medium body and high carbonation.

Pours light straw colored with a thin film of white head. Aroma is very light and estery. Flavor is crisp and highly carbonated. Not much else going on. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft. Poured a clear dark copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate balanced aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

DialSquare (5103) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAR 23, 2017
12oz bottle from Kenny Road Market: pale yellow pour, thin off-white head. aroma of straw, lager malts. tastes are clean, grainy bread, little lemon, herbal, grass. lowish carbonation.

b3shine (9019) - Indiana, USA - MAR 13, 2017
Draft to taster. Looks solid; a transparent gold with white head. Smells and tastes of mild hops and lager yeast with a mildly semi-sweet backbone. Mouthfeel is medium light-bodied and clean with some mild but pleasant bitterness. A solid, sessionable example of the style.

2 month old bottle > pilsner glass. A: Poured a bright pale yellow with very little head or retention. Crystal clear with slow bubbles rising. S: Woody bread pils scent with hints of hay and grass. T: Some grassy hop bitterness at first sip joined by lightly toasted bread. Bitterness remains at the finish. Simple and clean. M: Light and a little thin bodied with crisp snappy carbonation. Very clean dry finish. Refreshing and crushable. O: Better than expected. Reviews here are bad but I find this very enjoyable with great bread aroma and flavor.
