Bottle into a heavy glass mug. Big & black, large and in-charge with a tan thin creamy head. Smell is cold coffee, perhaps with a tad of roasty stout nose. First taste is lively co2 on a cold coffee backbone. Plenty of coffee, over the top coffee. Hides the alky fairly well. Coffee, coffee coffee, but its not burnt coffee like so many others. Bitter coffee aftertaste builds in the back of the mouth. Yes, pleasant cutting co2 for a heavier stout. Ends with a big bitter roasted farwood KOFFAY thang. This would be real good if it wasn't for the finish. katrinaez (2467) - norristown, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 1, 2018
UPDATED: JAN 1, 2018 aroma of light, sweet lactose and coffee, taste to match, husband said the taste is a bit too light and bitter, I liked it better than him, bottle. DRose (1) - - DEC 30, 2017 does not count
This is a good stout, but not the best milk stout that I have had. I would drink it again, but wouldn’t go out of my way to find it.

Pours a black color with a brown head. Aroma is plenty of coffee, molasses, chocolate, and some nuttiness. Flavor is completely coffee. Some sweet tones on the finish from the milk chocolate. Slightly biter finish as well. kramer (6989) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 19, 2017
Bottle. Pours a clear brown body with a small wispy beige head. The nose is dark roast coffee with some roasted malt and a slight lactose sweetness. The flavor is roasty with sweet lactose up front, then the coffee emerges and lingers on the finish. Medium bodied with light fizzy carbonation. Meh, this one was ok, but not great.
