Tap at the brewpub. Dark gold with a nice tight small head. Served a bit too cold. Nice, but not overwhelming hop nose. Smooth body and pleasant hop presence. A bit different and somewhat spicy. Overall a decent beer. tjthresh (1872) - Greenfield, Indiana, USA - JUL 29, 2007

Murkey dark copper with a white head.
The aroma is full of pine and caramel. Nice citrus and herb flavor. Medium body with moderate fizz. Sturdy bitterness. Nice beer.
on tap. Copper color with a solid head. Smells like a sugardaddy. A well-made beer with a toasted caramel malt, brief apricot flavor and then a hop explosion. some gypsum. Cable (286) - SE, Oklahoma, USA - JUL 29, 2006
Sampled on draft at Hickok’s. Pours clear copper with a hoppy aroma (floral, pine & citrus). Slightly bitter with hard candy and black pepper accents to the thick malt backbone. A very good beer.
