COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
On a whim, we blended honey with peach concentrate - magic happened. Turns out we created an exceptionally mellow mead, with an easy-to-enjoy, forward fruit taste. But perhaps it’s not surprising, since we use pure, rich, Montana honey and sweet delicate peach concentrate. This unique Northern Rockies honeywine speaks with a subtle Southern drawl.

Bought this to compare to my own peach mead. Spicy honey aroma. Distinct honey flavors, not picking up any peach, with alcohol burn. I’m really not picking up any peach, honey flavors are a bit harsh as is the alcohol burn. Maybe the difference between my cyser and this melomel, but I’ll stick with what I’m doing.

Pours clear yellow. Aroma is floral honey. Taste is mostly honey, mild peach with some alcohol on the finish

There is a light fruitiness in the aroma, along with some substantial honey. But it’s is difficult to identify it as peach. The flavor has a hint of peach perhaps but is also just seems light and citrusy.pretty good but a tad sweet. Actually, the more I drink of this the peachier and less enjoyable this gets. A bit cloying even.

750, corked and waxed. Thanks, Adam! These are all really solid. Pours a crystal clear medium yellow. Nose is fairly dialed black--pleasant combination of sweet juicy peaches with floral honey notes. Creamy medium body. The fruit is so soft in this combination that it doesn’t produce a distinctly forward presence one way or another in the aromatics or in the flavor profile, but that’s because peaches are a milder flavor until you really concentrate a lot of them in the tank. Very approachable and easy-drinking mead.

750 ml. bottle- Pours crystal clear light honey colored similar to a chardonnay only a little more dense from the honey. The aroma is honey and subtle peach, there is a bitterness in the aroma that is similar to the Hidden Legend Choke Cherry Mead, which surprised me. The taste is very mellow, honey and tangy peach, mild alcohol burn with a faint bitterness. Body is medium full, it coats your mouth with honey and peach. Very tasty stuff, but the maple and pure honey are still the best so far.
