I liked this one quite a bit more than their Pure Honey mead, which tasted pretty much no different from a white wine. This one is a little sweeter. Still not my beverage of choice, but not too bad. MeadMe (1683) - Fishhawk, Florida, USA - APR 11, 2016
Pours pale. Aroma is simple honey, earthy with light florals. Flavor is. Floral honey, subtle spice notes with hints of alcohol. mcberko (18956) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 1, 2015
On tap at Capitol Cider, pours a clear blonde with no head. Nose is big on the treacle toffee-like honey. Flavour is big and decadent, with treacle toffee, alcohol and lots of honey. Fairly alcoholic but really well-balanced, with not too much sweetness. Excellent. michaelinwa (656) - Bothell, Washington, USA - SEP 26, 2014
Bottle. Light pour, honey aroma, nothing special. Taste is, to me, pretty basic, but also on the sweet side, and more than I really prefer. Easy to drink, but just too sweet. I would opt for others this meadowy. Drake (14078) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 22, 2014
750 mL bottle shared by Beerandblues2 at the DC Summer Saison & Sour Tasting, 7/12/14. Pours a clear pale yellow color with moderate legs. Aroma of sweet honey and mild spice. The taste is honey, spice, a bit of citrus. Medium bodied, alcohol well hidden.

Amber pour. Light pepper with lots of evident honey and a little booze in aroma. Bottle thanks to Beerandblues2. BeerandBlues2 (13814) - Escondido, California, USA - JUL 12, 2014
Bottle. Pours clear pale gold and still. Aroma is honey, straw malt and vanilla notes. Flavor is honey, vanilla, light straw and a dry finish. Medium body and no carbonation. JStax (7175) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - MAR 22, 2014
Bottle poured into a belgian tulip glass. Pours a clear, pale yellow. No carbonation. The aroma is dry, floral honey. I pick up a lot on the alcohol while it’s cold. As it warms though, it starts to become more honey like in character. It gets fairly sweet and that sweetness lingers on the tongue. I found myself enjoying this mead more toward the end of my glass than at the beginning. I’m not sure if that was the alcohol speaking, or if it is just better served closer to room temperature. Either way, i want to try some of their other meads despite my friend telling me that this one was the best of the one’s distributed in the area. j12601 (13099) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - DEC 30, 2013
Bottle at Blippsmas! Pours a clear gold. Smells of honey and a touch of plastic fruit. Quite sweet, lots of honey, candy. Cloyingly sweet, honey, a bit plastic. Decent but too sweet for me.
