Bottle from MItsuya. Simple malt-forward nose, maybe some light peach and apple as it warms, but not much. Creamy on the palate. Light bodied with a touch of sweetness, but not overly so. This gets better as it warms up. Very nice little beer. shoulderbroken (4255) - Tokyo, JAPAN - APR 17, 2016
Bottle. Not sure if this is a little old considering it’s a summer seasonal. Nice enough though. Creamy pils, low on bitterness but it has some lingering there. Nice enough. Tonkun (1296) - New Jersey, USA - SEP 16, 2014
Tap at towers in Tokyo. Light golden pour. Fruit, jam, floral. Lighter carbonation than expected. Medium body. Decent but not impressive KansaiBeerLvrs (5156) - Kyoto, JAPAN - JUL 21, 2014
On tap at the GJBF in Osaka 2014. A light gold with a thin filmy head. Bready but slightly toe jam aroma not too appetizing. Medium bodied with a decent mouthfeel. The taste is of a bready clean lightly hoppy lager, not bad. Just the aroma doesn’t do it for me. jinroh (1597) - ESTONIA - APR 3, 2014
Tap @ Miyazaki themed restaurant in Shinjuku. Pours nice golden pale, with a small head. Fresh hop aroma, a bit of bread. Taste has carbonation, a bit of fruitiness that surprises me in a pilsener - in a positive way. Has quite a good body and snappy bitter finish. Very well made, great beer to have under a hot sun (as the name suggests).

light/fresh taste, nice enough to drink on a warm spring night.could of been a little bit more bitter.
when i bought it was hoping for a 1/2 decent ji-birru lager and that is pretty much what i got. MartinT (9880) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - APR 25, 2013
My Bottom Line:EdKing (2586) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 15, 2012
Peppery, spicy hops gather citrusy buds to play around soft grounds and a few haystacks.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the misty blond.
-The finish could have been more bitter. The chosen hops were endearing enough ; I would have liked them better expressed.
-This is the kind of brew you need a couple of pints of to get to know better.
-Everything is nicely subtle and the mouthfeel so soft and cuddly.
On tap at Molto!.
Tap in El Nubinchimon, Yokohama, care of TimE. Hazy amber with a medium white head. Nose is sherberty, sweetish with grainy notes and some sweet and sour tones. Taste is crisp hop bitter with a slightly sour sweetness, which is very refined and delicate. DruncanVeasey (8226) - NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - NOV 2, 2011
Keg, BeerFest Daisen, 23/09/11. Dusty orange with a low but well-retained head. Satsuma and lime peel aroma. Clean balanced ’lager’ with good hop citrus notes, fresh pith and peel, not an off note in sight. Mellow grapefruit with background biscuit. This lad can brew.
