Copper color with large off white head. Aroma of apricot. Light on the palate. Average taste that’s a little dry. superspak (5597) - Michigan, USA - AUG 22, 2015
22 ounce bottle into tulip glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours hazy deep orange/copper color with a 2 finger dense and rocky light khaki head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of big pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine, peach, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, honey, caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and compelxity of juicy citrus/tropical/piney hops and moderate malt sweetness; with good strength. Taste of big pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine, peach, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, honey, caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Good amount of pine/citrus rind bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, pine, honey, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy citrus/tropical/piney hops and moderate malt sweetness; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately sticky/resinous, and slightly creamy mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a damn nice single hop IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy citrus/tropical/piney hops and moderate malt sweetness; and very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering. On tap at the source. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is orange peel. Flavor follows with a mild bitterness. Nice IPA. coachd (836) - Missouri, USA - MAR 15, 2015
On tap at hideout brewing company. Great color, good aroma, albeit not a strong one. Tastes of fresh hops without a lot of malt getting in the way. I had not tried much of the zythos hop variety, it's a good overall hop. I recommend this beer and brewery if you're ever in the Grand Rapids area.

Catching up on ratings....... On tap at Detroit Airport. Poured a faily clear yellow. Aroma of bitter hops and sweet malts. Taste was pretty bland, fairly sweet compared to what I thought it would be like. It was ok.

Tap. Golden with small head. Pretty average IPA. Hoppy and quite bitter. Not bad, but nothing special.

On tap at World Beer Festival in Cleveland. Decent IPA but not as good as all the other pale ales there. knezek (22) - Michigan, USA - JUN 3, 2013
Not very hoppy orange colored ipa. Good enough for after a round of golf, but nothing to right home about...

On tap at alley bar. Pours a clear, pilsener-ish. Not much of an aroma but a nice, fruity/hoppy flavor. Pretty good
