CO2 little head and minor lacing. Nitro more head and lacing. CO2 has more flavor while Nitro masks it. Minor hazelnut smell and after taste.

Really weird. Sour, bitter, and some nutty flavor. Nice coffee nutty scent, but flavor didnít match the stout deScription. Interesting, not what I expected, but not a fan overall. Bottle arminjewell (9585) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - JAN 20, 2016
Pour out of 22 oz bottle, dark black pour with khaki colored head, aroma brought notes of big coffee, hazelnut, cream, hints of cocoa powder, slight vanilla, slight coffee ground notes. Taste was a mix of big coffee, hazelnnut, cocoa, roast, slight vanilla, slight caramel, hints of salted caramel, finishing slightly sweet, slightly roasted. Tastes lIke a good hazelnut coffee, pretty nice, was expecting sweeter and itís refreshing. FlandersNed (395) - , Indiana, USA - OCT 12, 2015
22oz bottle. Dark brown hue with a low, tan head. Yet another infected beer in the myriad miscellaneous Hideout bomber bottles: Acrid coffee bitterness, with a hint of hazelnut and even more of a light lactic sour note - far from a sweet stout...Why?? Kept cool and dark since buying not too long ago. superspak (5516) - Michigan, USA - SEP 15, 2015
22 ounce bottle into pint glass; no bottle dating, but was released fairly recently. Pours nearly opaque dark brown/black color with a 1-2 finger dense tan head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of milk chocolate, cocoa, coffee, toast, dark bread, light nuttiness, light vanilla/cream, light smoke/char, herbal, floral, and yeast/roasted earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of roast/bready malt, moderate coffee, and light earthy hop/yeast ester notes; with solid strength. Taste of big milk chocolate, cocoa, coffee, toast, dark bread, light nuttiness, light vanilla/cream, light smoke/char, herbal, floral, and yeast/roasted earthiness. Light-moderate herbal/roasted bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of milk chocolate, cocoa, coffee, toast, dark bread, light nuttiness, light smoke/char, and herbal/roasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of roast/bready malt, moderate coffee, and light earthy hop/yeast ester flavors; with a nice roasted bitterness/sweetness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready, and lightly sticky/chalky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very good English style coffee stout. All around good robustness, compelxity, and balance of roast/bready malt, moderate coffee, and light earthy hop/yeast ester flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Bottle. Aroma is strong, dark roast coffee with a good amount of hazelnut too. Tastes like bitter, burnt dark roast coffee mostly. Just a hint of hazelnut comes through. Donít get any sweetness. Meh. gregwilsonstl (2466) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - JUN 19, 2015
Really creamy. Dark black. Some coffee. Awesome hazelnut flavor. Nitro is a nice touch. BOSSbrewer (2705) - Arkansas, USA - JUN 6, 2015

Draft at Bostons in Fenton, MI. Pouts almost black with a very thick, light tan head. Head is very creamy. Aroma of coffee and hazelnut. Taste is the same. Stout but almost like a porter in heaviness. Quite good.
