A well balanced double IPA with citrus notes. We use the finest hops grown from our farm to craft this malty, heavily hopped beer. This IPA is brewed for 90 minutes with continuous hop additions and then dry hopped with Citra.

Some random liquor store in NJ: pours copper with a white head. Aroma is piny and baguely fruity. Taste is fairly bitter. Somewhat sweet. Medium bodied. Ok.

On tap at the brewery. Deep golden and clear in appearance with a white head, dissipating quickly to a ring of foam. Aroma of resinous hops and grapefruit pith. Similar flavor, adding some zesty citrus hops and medium to heavy bitterness. Medium plus body with a lasting bitter finish.

I found this to be a middle of the road IPA in terms of bitterness. Looks nice and is pretty easy to drink. Decent.

Oranje-achtige kleur met een witte schuimkraag. Popelmoes geur, groene grassige hop.

Bottle. Slightly hazy golden amber color, off white head. Aroma of mixed citrus, light pine, subtle toffee. Taste has orange peel, grapefruit, pine, caramel. Not bad.
