Comments: An original, very yeasty, dry and floral ale that is not so fresh-tasting as I’d hoped and hesitating to take a direction.
Bottle: This has been residing mysteriously in my fridge for some time now. I have no idea how it got there, but it’s time has come. Pours an opaque pale yellow in color with a white head. Aroma, light fruits, spices, bready notes, pale malts. Flavor, spicy, some fruits, definitely soapy, some grassy bitterness on the finish. Not good, I think I have to echo reakt on this, if this is the beer of your god, it’s time for a change.

Bottle @ St. Albans BF. Yellow with a fluffy white head. Citrus, hop, malt and wheat. Taste is much the same with grapefruit notes. Overcarbed and soapy with a watery bitter finish. I think I may have even overrated it. If this was the beer of my god, I’d change religions... Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - OCT 27, 2007
