Pours a light brown/pinkish color. Smell is of raspberry, wheat. Taste is tart, raspberry, a touch of grain. Overall an easy drinking warm weather beer.
If raspberry wheats are your thing, you could do worse than this beer. Sweet with a very apparent raspberry character. Avoids the chemical undertones of many competitors. Tried at the Lawrence Beer Expo in 2015. jcwattsrugger (12418) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - NOV 15, 2014
On tap. White-hazy gold. A-Raspberry, hint of lt malt. T sweet raspberry, lt malt, some hops. razzanof (72) - Leavenworth, Kansas, USA - NOV 8, 2014
It may have won an award during the Clinton administration but in the Obama presidency, it's a wreck. From a can...aroma is consumed by artificial raspberry. In the glass, beer pours a foamy head with heavy lacing. The beer is extremely over carbonated; I half expected a bottle rocket. The taste is overwhelmed by cheap raspberry syrup with an unidentifiable sour finish as a dry alcohol permeates one's mouth. Reminds me of a disgusting strawberry ale I once tried to brew...

"Still a little light for my preferences, but the raspberry in this brew was more aromatic and tasty than the honey in the honey wheat. Juuuust average or above. I like the fruit but there wasn’t anything else going on." AbbeyRoade (547) - Missouri, USA - APR 7, 2014
Raspberry is definitely artificial. Fake taste. Tinny. Doesn’t do the mouth any good.

Light golden in color, Thin white head. Very light fruit flavor. I was hoping for more. Decent wheat beer flavor and dry finish. DocLock (10652) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 23, 2012
Can from Blue Dog Lansdale. Pours turbid orangy pinkish with 2-finger fizzy white head. Nose is earthy fresh raspberries, hops, citrus. Tastes crisp, with a front palate of fresh raspberries, earthy citrus, mild hops, and a refreshing finish. Reminds me of a junior version of Sly Fox Black Raspberry Wheat, and is a nice example of this style. unclemike (3115) - Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA - MAY 11, 2012
Orange-red like tinit in color no head. Aroma and flavor very muted, faint strawberry and slight skunk setting in. Absolutely no wheat character whatsoever. Very thin body.

Pours a light golden yellow with active carbonation. Light aroma of berries. Taste is a bit sour up front changing quickly into a balanced blend of sweet and hop. Ends with moderate crispness. More of a wine cooler.
