Hop Riot IPA is our flagship beer. Brewed in the American IPA style with a definitive "Left Coast" attitude. We brew our IPA with an aggressive bitterning level which is complimented and balanced by a defined malt backbone. Our final signature is the dry hop step where fresh hops are immersed in the finished beer to provide the floral and citrus aromas of our IPA, a Hop Riot indeed.

22oz bottle. Hazy amber with a thick white head. Zesty grapefruit and pine hop aroma. Some dark bread as well. Big bitter flavor with a ton of grassy and green flavor. A little too harsh and bitter for me. The finish is all medicinal bitterness. Was much more into the no boundary IPA. -mobile rate.

Bottle. It poured a hazy orange color with a white head. The aroma was of citrus, malts and caramel. The taste was similar to the aroma with more citrus, malts, caramel and hops. Nice bitterness in the finish. Good stuff.

Bomber pours a very cloudy golden peach with a one finger frothy sand head and amazing lacing. Aroma is Grand Mariner. Flavor is a nice orange alcohol, sweet but not overly, mild bitterness. Aftertaste is much like a shot of Grand Mariner. Well made, different, and very enjoyable.

Bottle from BevMo! in Redwood City, CA. Aroma is caramel, marmalade, earthy hops, pine, slightly dank / musty leaves. Taste is marmalade, herbal, pine, vegetal hops, some fruit and caramel. A little too much dank earth / vegetal vibes for me (maybe this bottle wasn’t too fresh).

(bottle, 66cl) Cloudy, amber colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy layer. Bready malty nose with piney and slightly fruity hops. Bitter and mildly sweet flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Dry-ish malt character with cautious hints of caramel and a good dash of piney, herbal-spicy hops; moderately bitter and herbal hoppy finish. 20.VI.16
