22 oz bottle: [bottled 11/2/12 tasted 12/18/12] Pours a clear effervescent honey amber color with a thick tightly laced white head. Citrus, pineapple, and a little alcohol in the nose. The taste is an excellent balance of bitter and sweet with grapefruit notes in the early tasting giving way to some hints of pine in the finish. This is a medium bodied beer with a sticky texture and soft carbonation that has a long finish. Overall, I really enjoyed this beer. There is no hint that you are drinking a 9.5% beer outside of that initial aroma. It goes down way too fast and way too easily for a beer of this strength! I will absolutely be buying this again.

Ambar clara de escasa espuma. Aroma de maltas/caramelo, pino y frutas tropicales. Sabor muy lupulado, uva, naranja, pino. Cuerpo potente. También la malta está presente, proporcionando dulce caramelo. IPA muy sólida.

from Erzbierschof - cloudy dark orange beer with a long lasting foam; hugely hoppy aroma showing notes of pine needles, peaches, quinces and cream; full-bodied, quite sticky, robustly bitter yet with some malty sweetness below; light residual sweetness and long resiney, caramelish and fruity finish

RexTalionis (3775) - FINLAND - FEB 4, 2015
Bottle. Hazy goldenorange in color with a fluffy off-white head. Caramel sweet and piney notes in aroma at first. Lots of both floral and citrus fruityness too. Some bitters are there in taste together with some spruce and resin. Bitter and a nice soft malty finish here. Excellent. Dry and warming with some grapefruity notes in the end.
