A - Pours a clear golden-orange color with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down at a normal pace leaving behind some nice lacing. S - Aroma is a mix of caramel and pilsner malts with lemon zest and citrus hops, coriander, banana, clove, and other Belgian yeast smells. T - Starts off with a mix of pilsner and caramel malts with some citrus hops, coriander, and clove. Through the middle some floral hops come through with some mild bitterness alongside more Belgian yeast flavors including some banana, more spices, and some other farmhouse esters. The finish is mix of caramel and pilsner malts, Belgian yeast esters, and spices. M - Medium-full bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a dry and estery finish. D - Very drinkable. Nice BSPA with good overall balance. Nice yeast forward flavors.

Pours slightly cloudy amber orange with a finger thick cream colored head. Full floral, spice and caramel nose and flavor with bready malt as well. A bit of the esters and citrus fruit shining through as well. Really complex and smooth drinking. Hides the ABV well.

Sampled on 2/12/2013. This Belgian Strong Ale pours a medium orange gold color from a 22oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head, with decent lacing and good retention. The aroma is fruity and sweet, yeasty and spicy. A medium bodied Belgian Golden Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, with some orange, pineapple and tropical. The hops are citrusy and spicy. Decent carbonation. Fruity and spicy. Lots of flavors going on here, fruity, estery, spicy and some yeasts. Hides the alcohol very well. Very easy drinking. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours orange tinged gold with a foamy off-white head. The aroma is quite fruity - full of mixed esters. Near full bodied. Flavor is pretty much exotic fruit with a nice caramel backing and some yeast/spice points. It’s very clean - which distinguishes it from many Belgians. The mouth feel is a little slick. Perhaps that’s an indicator of the alcohol. Otherwise the heat is in the exhalation. Very, very nice.

Bonito aspecto dorado y compacto. Clara.

clear dark orange, fizzy offwhite head. aroma is like a tamed belgian blonde with some flowery notes. mild note of belgian yeasts, flowery hoppy note too. Hop profile is sort of more complex than your usual belgian, with flowers and exotic fruits - but it is quite in the background. flavor is yeasty, spicy, fruity, dry, true to belgian style, and tastes well-brewed, balanced. Really nice taste in fact.

Bottle @CBC Clerkenwell, pours golden white head. Belgium style to a T. Great nose of spices and pepper. Caramel sweetness at the start of the mouthful going on to a lingering bitter finish with the spices coming out after the mouthful has finished.
