Yellow and clear with a small but steady head. Aroma hoppy sweet citrus. Taste is less sweet, pine, hops, and plenty of grapefruit. Quick bitter finish. Not great depth but solid overall.

Points for originality, but original never automatically means excellent. Clear light to medium amber with a persistent 2 finger head, curtain of lace. Taste begins with sweet caramel malt and fresh biscuit; this is shoved around (but not aside) by very persistent pine hops. In this case, the two do not reach a compromise, fighting against each other right through a bloating, filling finish. Something just isn’t right here. All of the flavors are legitimate, just squeezed together here in a bad marriage. BMMillsy (1788) - Florida, USA - JUL 28, 2013
My 100th IPA rate...maybe I should have chosen better for this. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with little to no head. Aroma of sweet malt, honey, and no hops at all. Flavor is a muddled mess of honey and dusty stale hops, I guess. Sweet malt all the way through with an unpleasant aftertaste. Light and a bit watery. What a disappointing 100th IPA. foyle (436) - North Carolina, USA - JUL 21, 2013
Appearance: clear, golden appearance
Aroma: mild floral hops
Mouthfeel: medium, slightly sticky
Flavor: somewhat citrusy hop bitterness initially and a dry bitterness at the end with a sweet caramel malt flavor in between
Overall: Nicely balanced and not over the top. Very enjoyable. DrSilverworm (10000) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUL 17, 2013
12oz bottle, from Jungle Jim’s in Eastgate. Clear golden color, thin white head. Couple splecks of lace. Medium-plus body. Smooth, lighter carbonation. Lightly dry in the finish. Not bitter, nor assertive like your typical IPA. Just a moderate bitterness, light sweet taste. Some light citusy, lightly piney hop. More malt forward, but it’s not a caramel, sweet malt, more clean and biscuity. As far as IPAs go, though, this doesn’t really satisfy in the way that they usually do. Sub par for the category.

IPA glass. Pours a hazy gold, decent white head and some lacing. Sweet pine hops for the nose. Not bad for an IPA, the sweet tasting hops unfortunately drop off too quick and it finishes a bit watery for my taste. Still a very enjoyable beer. dlovell2 (2381) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - JUL 15, 2013
Golden with white head. Citrus aroma. Caramel malt flavor with floral hop finish. Not too bitter. LiMuBai (227) - - JUL 8, 2013
Pours a full bodied golden color. Has a barely noticeable aroma of sweet hops. Tastes good, but maybe too light of a body for an IPA. rollinsr (837) - Atlanta, GEORGIA - JUN 20, 2013
Pours clear light golden color with a thin lace of off-white head. Aroma is faint but noticeably sweet and slightly tart. Flavor starts sweet with some prune notes and gradually becomes more tart across the palate but not overwhelmingly so. I actually really like this one, good balance without to much sweet fruity overkill. Chudwick (3441) - Taylor Mill, Kentucky, USA - JUN 17, 2013
12oz bottle (chambered in the local piggly wiggly of HH, SC) - pours gold with small white head. Nose is wet herbs. Flavor adds grapefruit, citrus and cereal. Moderately bitter finish with metallic aftertaste. Expected more after having the DIPA version last night.
