Peach. Gentle, wimpy aroma with scents of peach, earth, musk, mint, herbs and caramel. An India Pale Ale for senior citizens bingo night. Seriously, this is one weak ass IPA. The flavor consists of an earthy, herbal and grassy hop profile with a slight note of citrus and a boring, bready, grainy malt backbone. Thin Mouthfeel. Forgettable.

Poured hazy golden color with no head or lacing on the glass. Floral aroma, not hops, but rose petals, light citrus as well. Taste of tangerine, grass, and a very light bitterness. A very different IPA.

draft. golden amber’ish with slight flowery aroma. small head with sticky lacing. small citrus tang in the front with a bit of astringincy (sp?) and very little bitterness at the end. enjoyable and sessionable but nothing to really make this memorable. one of the more modest highland offerings.

elgiacomo (745) - Ringgold/Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, USA - JAN 6, 2010
12oz bottle bottled on 11/10/09. Pours clear amber with a one finger off white head, light head retention, some lacing. Aroma is subdued but has resinous, grassy hops, light bread, caramel. Flavor is some grassy, resinous hops, caramel malt, lingering bitterness on the finish. Slick, but a bit watery mouthfeel, medium/high carbonation. Average.

swenocha (81) - Franklin, Tennessee, USA - MAY 19, 2010
Golden (slightly orange pour). Slight white head that dissipates. Aroma of sweet caramel malts overpowering any hops. Taste is bitter hops and caramel malts. Not much in the way of flavor hops. Good beer, but not the best example of an IPA.

roder60 (1289) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 2, 2011
Pours a very slightly hazy pale yellow with minimal fizzy and foamy white head. Aroma is light sweet floral hops. Flavor is dominated by a sweet sugared orange base, dry overall character with slighly resiny floral dry hop finish. Overall, nothing fabulous.

aroma is more malts than hops. There is bitterness in the but no real hop flavor. Did they forget to add hops at the end of the boil? Swing and a miss. This beer makes me want to ask chicks when are they due.

Ok beer. This IPA has a light piney hop taste not enough for it to have much bitterness. More of a sweet malt taste.

Sampled at the brewery. It poured a clear golden color with a white head. The aroma was of bread, earthiness and light citrus. The taste was of bread, earthiness and light citrus with a smooth moderately bitter finish.

weak effort at best. vague hint of an ipa with slight notes of hoppiness but i've had much better. this thing looks like a friggin lager.
