Bottle. The pour was a hazy medium amber with an average (1-2 finger) sized frothy white head that lasted a decent while and produced excellent lacing.
The aroma was very basic with a mild grain malt and a grassy hop with a nice touch of citrus (grapefruit).
The taste was moderately bitter, mildly acidic with a nice malty feel from the start then progressed with an increasing bitterness that had a healthy dose of hops and a bit of citrus at the finish leaving the flavor to linger for a nice long time proceeding the swallow allowing for extended enjoyment of this brew.
Mouthfeel was just a tad above light in body and had a very dry texture to it with an almost prickly carbonation.
Overall a nice and hoppy brew with a slight maltiness which allowed for superb drinkability and an excellent finish.
12oz bottle. Hazy golden amber with a sticky white head. Aromas of floral and citrus hops. Flavors add muted citrus and caramel. Light medium bodied, lingering mild hops finish. Good IPA, if a little understated. geologyguy (1687) - Columbia, South Carolina, USA - OCT 4, 2016
Very light IPA smell...taste is like a smooth peppery and flower hops mix...good.... Light bitter on the finish, but not too much...decent IPA...some diversity but not a lot.. unfortunately it just finishes with bitterness and not much flavor... oldrtybastrd (5228) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - MAY 8, 2016
Pours a medium golden amber color. Aromas of citrus and fruit. Flavor is a big hop presence with subtle tastes of fruit and vegetables, then more hops. Theydon_Bois (21480) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - OCT 31, 2015
Bottle split at RBWG ’15 hotel lobby share on the final night, from a bottle shop in Asheville, 21/02/15.
Golden with a decent light beige cap.
Nose is pale malt, caramel, straw, orange.
Taste comprises toasted bread, caramel, orange pith, straw.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness.
A rather pedestrian IPA which delivers little. zgaier (1968) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - OCT 22, 2015

12 oz bottle - poured nice light Amber in color with medium head that ended in nice lacing. Good aromas and tastes of hops, malts, citrus and pine. Dry finish with hints of hops and citrus. Doofgoblin (513) - Chevy Chase, Washington DC, USA - APR 1, 2015
Malty. Maybe I’ve gotten blasted with hops so many times by other IPAs that it’s hard to enjoy the maltier ones. Aroma is nothing to emulate. Very faint hop aroma but it’s mostly dominated by the brand flaky malt bill. Deschutes inversion IPA (although with more hops) has a similar type of aroma--think, total cereal. Taste is brand flakes, vitamins, oats, wheat thins mixed with a hint of honey and earthy hops. Finish is not that bitter. It’s more of that lingering malt feel you find in wheat beers. Overall, it’s pretty much par for the course in terms of English IPAs--more malt, low hops. "Ease up on the hops ole chap. We just want to keep it from spoiling not use up the lot." Draft from Growlers to Go in Richmond The IPA poured a clear amber with smallish head that dissipated with lacing. A pleasant IPA with mild hints of citrus and caramel malts on the nose and some resin in the taste. The IPA has a medium body with average carbonation. The ale had a refreshingly crisp finish that doesn’t overwhelm the taste buds.
