December 2016 - Bottle share at One Canada Square. Thanks Padraig! As ’Highland Park All the Yeast’, 5.1%. Vibrant yellow, hazy and opaque, small foamy white head. Aroma is lemon, some white vinegar, woody. Body is light and smooth with tingly carbonation. Taste is pretty lemon-forward with some lemongrass and elderflower, tangy and light acidity, dry finish. Level 42 Bottleshare and no Mark King in sight. Thanks to Padraig. Hazy paleish gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts. Salty seltzer over lemony tang. Smooth finish. Savoury linger. Quite Gose really.
75cl bottle shared in CW. Many thanks to Padraig for this one. It pours a hazed pale yellow color with a small white head. Aroma is tart and funky with notes of lemon peel and chestnuts. Taste is also acidic tart with notes of lemon juice and straw with apricots and grass. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Manny G. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy, white head. The nose holds dry wheat, lemon peel, mellow funk. Light sweet flavour with mild lemony tartness, flaked wheat, mellow funk, tangerine, peach. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean and quenching in the finish, more lemon, moderate acidity. Really good.

Aroma is big funky yeast, brett, yogurt, baby diaper, horsey. Palate is crisp, mellow acidity, highish carbonation.
