This Belgian-style Wit, or “white” ale, is an unfiltered wheat beer brewed with traditional ingredients and a Highland twist. Wits are conventionally brewed with noble hops, pale malt, unmalted wheat, orange peel, and coriander. We have made this beer our own by adding other unique spices to create complex aromatics, a refreshing taste, and a crisp finish. Light in color with a smooth body, Razor Wit is perfect for hot summer days and sultry summer nights.

Poured from bottle. Spicy aroma. Semi cloudy white gold with lacing head. I’m tasting spice, vanilla, hay, coriander, citrus, yeast. Nice flavors but could use more. Tons of carbonation. Good but could be better.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours hazy pale yellow with medium white head. Aroma is lemon, medium/light body, medium/well carbonated, and thin big bubble lacing. Taste is lemon, orange, and some coriander.

Tart, yeasty, with citrus and spice. A bit thin in the finish, but just enough wheat flavor. Not too bad.

kidobutai (700) - Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA - SEP 9, 2013
Very refreshing, slight but noticeable citrus taste and aroma, not as bitter as previous belgians I’ve tried, which spells success to me

Golden color with white head. Aroma is lemon, banana, coriander. The flavor is rather mute with hints of citrus and spice. Overall good session beer not much else. Dont think drank kind of beer.

I may not be as educated in rating beer as a lot of the other people posting ratings. But the mixture of condiments in this beer just does not fall into how a beer should taste for me.

On draft at Morris farm market in NC. Pours a cloudy pale gold with a white. Aroma and flavors of clove and coriander with a mild hop finish.

Wow, really loved the aroma on this one -- lemon juice/zest, greenish hops, something else in there like mint. Good label, evoking the vision of what we all enjoy about beer. Misty, pear gold beer, thinn white head which clings to the glass. Nice, nicely spiced, crackery, fuggles-like, hay tones. Medium body, lingering hops and spices. Recommended. New Leaf Market.

Bottle from Lowes Grocery. Hazy yellow pour. Very sweet aroma. Minimal head and good lacing. Coriander taste to start but smooth finish. Very enjoyable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A hazed blonde wit with a thin white head. In aroma, light fruity malt with faint cloves. In mouth, light fruity banana malt with cloves, refreshing.
