MoritzF (9901) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - AUG 1, 2016
(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized minimally off-white foamy head. Mildly biscuity and caramelly malty aroma with fruity and delicately resiny hoppy notes of grapefruit and lemon. Moderately bitter and delicately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a modest carbonation. Quite dry malty base with notes of biscuits, white bread, shades of caramel, as well as a rounded hoppy counterpart including fruity and slightly resiny accents; bitter-sweet hoppy and rounded malty finish. Due the malt dosage a more “old world” IPA. 30.VII.16

Floral hops, intense grain, light tropical fruits, melon, peach. Clear gold, small, white head. Medium bitter. Bittersweet orange, light molasses coming up, pine, soft fruits ,intense floral hops coming up towards the finish, very intense bitterness. Not a bad ’English-style IPA’, fairly complex in aroma and palate. Cask at CASK Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico.
