On tap at Prohibition Pig. Pours a hazed glowing gold with a medium sized white head. Crisp musk, light dusty hops. Hoppy up front, musk, soft wheat. Soft and gentle, light musk into hops, dusty. Lovely session beer, could drink this all day. Gently musk and a light hop bitterness on the finish. Desverger (11825) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 18, 2016

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, grape, pine needles and hint of tropical fruits. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long citrus, tropical and fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
Growler... Hazy light-golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. The bouquet is a medley of fruity, earthy, floral hops. Light to medium-bodied with dancing carbonation. The flavor is of lightly bitter, ultra-flavorful hops, a gentle kiss of acidity and virtually no sweetness. Finishes tangy with a diminutive splash of dry white wine. Growler courtesy of the always generous landhoney! Seth’s a player and this is a kick ass blonde ale. A tip of the cap to Shaun and John for knowing their way around a brewery. cubs (10639) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - SEP 5, 2012
UPDATED: JUL 20, 2013 Growler @ Dan’s house. Thanks Stephen! Hazy, whitish yellow appearance with a white head. A bit spicy, floral, herbal, light veggie, a touch fruity aroma. Slightly chewy, a bit dank, floral, grassy flavor. One of my least favorites from HF. DuffMan (10451) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 13, 2013
First tasted at the brewery while waiting in line for growler fills, then shared less than 72 hrs after purchase with my lovely wife over a meal of pesto-prawn salad. Bright, translucent, lemony yellow with a sudsy white head that leaves heavy rings of lace down the glass. Aroma is freshness in a glass-- delicate fresh hops that display characteristics in equal proportion of both crisp, green grassy notes and ripe rind of citrus. Light, biscuit malts support a vibrant but delicate hoppy body, notes of carrot tops, kumquat, guava, and honeydew, leading to a crisp finish of just-right balancing bitterness. The hype is true; this is magical stuff. KyotoLefty (10311) - Kyoto, JAPAN - AUG 15, 2012
Draught at the Festival of Farmhouse Ales. Pale orange-yellow. Cloudy, with a low but thick head. Aroma of grapefruit, peach, Simcoe and Amarillo? Biscuity malt and honey. Big peach flavor, some orange, a little grapefruit and grass, and then some sweet bready and biscuity malts. No caramel at all. Would like to have this on tap in my kitchen.

750mL flip-top big thanks to Ed5388. Beautiful glowing peach pour with rocky, meringue foam. Nose is beautiful sweet cream butter (Hill Farmstead house yeast), soft butterscotch, peaches&cream ice cream, juicy cantaloupe, whipped cream. As it warms, a flash of exotic/pithy tropical melon comes through (Motueka I assume). Taste is juicy, rich butterscotch is a flavor but not a density. Floats on the tongue with mega buoyancy. Super soft bitterness is not the main character here- juicy hops and tropical fruit are 90% with the remaining a soft bitterness. Soft and refreshing rather than abusive. Slick, soft butteriness on the palate is exactly what I am after. A big improvement over tannic astringency or chemical soap. Exactly the APA I was hoping this would be and much more. A perfect hop combo of some of my favorites, especially Amarillo. Wow. This is the entire purpose of the APA style- delicacy, bright hoppiness, refreshing body unlike IPAs which are bitter for no reason and heavy in mouthfeel. This is the session beer we all should be demanding. I will be dreaming of this beer.
