Slightly hazy yellow body, fluffy head pour from growler. Aroma is dank, lots of hops, citrus, grapefruit, lemon zest. Flavor is great, hoppy, citrus grapefruity hops, juicy, and some malt balance.

In short: A vibrant, full body, fruity and flowery IPA or medium intensity. Very good session beer.
How: Tap on location at the brewery
The look: Cloudy light blonde body topped by a long-lasting large off-white head
In long: Bright and fresh hoppy nose with peaches, apricots, flowers and grapefruits. Body is full and creamy, plenty of chewy cereals without much honey or caramel flavor. Taste is fruity and flowery hops with peaches, grapefruits, garden flowers. Bitterness level is low-medium and is mildly resinous. A good beer. Far from my favorite Hill Farmstead hoppy beer but even a below average Hill Farmstead hoppy beer is a very good beer. Im glad to see Hill Farmstead doing better and better. Congrats to the brewer/owner Shaun Hill for making his deam come true. Some people make things happen while others just watch things happen. And then theres me, wondering what the hell happened.

Growler pours a hazy golden orange with a creamy off white head that laced. Aroma of tea, lemon, floral and other pleasant citrus notes. Some malt character poking through the nose. Flavor of pine, grapefruit, tea, very dry, crisp pale ale.

Hazy amber color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, floral hops, some pine, and some light onion. Taste of citrus, pine, spicy, and bitter grapefruit, with a drier finish.

64 oz. glass growler. A hazy light golden orange beer with a medium size head. There is a lot of carbonation in this. The aroma is big citrus-loads of it with some pine, also grapefruit. This is really nice. The taste is lots of citrus, grapefruit. This is like liquid hop juice. This may be the hoppiest pale ale I have had and may be the best also. At the same time its really light feeling and refreshing. Solid stuff.

Draft at Three Penny Taproom - Pours a orangish amber in color with a medium white head that produced some really nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is hops... pine and grapefruit... with some balancing malts in the background. Flavor was similar... hop flavor is lingering and medium bitter.

UPDATED: APR 24, 2011 Growler shared by the Montreal crew at the post NotB tasting, thanks! Poured a slightly hazy gold with a white head that lasted throughout the beer. Aroma had a combination of grapefruit and pine notes from the hops that was joined by an onion note with a bit of a backing malt note. Flavor was slightly floral which turned to grapefruit and the a bit of a bitter pine and a good amount of onion in the finish.

On tap at brewery.
Appearance : Hazy blond. Nice lacing.
Aroma : Dry and crisp citrusy hops with light herbal notes. Quite malty.
Taste : Crisp and powerful hops. Quite bitter. Light citrusy notes. Herbal notes too. Nice malt and nice fruits. Finish is quite malty with a sharp bitterness.
Overall : From what I understood, this is Edward with a different hop. I think Edward is much better than this. It was still very interesting and tasty. Nice sharp bitterness. Very good but not on par with most of the other offerings.
