500ml bottle poured into a Hill Farmstead taster. extended age version. A~ dark as night with a small tan head and no lacing. S~ sweeeet! lots of bourbon, vanilla and honey followed by a bit of roasted coffee and dark chocolate. T~ definitely more well rounded here but the booze comes in and takes over a bit. otherwise follows the nose with more roasted/burnt coffee. M~ smooth and a little clawing. nice carb. O~ even though i love this i still say theres no need to barrel age Everett! perfect beer by itself!

Shared at gregwilsonstl house, next to regular Everett. It poured a black color with a dark brown head. The aroma was of dark roast, bitter chocolate, caramel, malts, light smokiness, dark fruits and booze. The taste was similar to the aroma with more dark chocolate, roast, caramel, tobacco, licorice, light smokiness, wood, dark sweet fruits and loads of booze. Really tasty.
