Bottle from bytemesis. Aroma of citrus (lemon), light pine. Hazy gold. Tart but not too puckering. Citrus flavors. Light and refreshing. pushkinwow (2889) - Ottawa, CANADA - SEP 14, 2017
On tap at FoFA 2017. Cloudy straw with an off-white head. Lemon puree mixed with some barnyard and grass, peach and some chardonnay, oak, granny smith apple skins, light yeast and some wet beach rock. Mild carbonation and moderate body, delicate, dry and funky with some sourness, tasty. bellco33 (835) - Willington, Connecticut, USA - SEP 5, 2017
Poured from a 750ml bottle into a tulip: Pours clear golden with a two finger white head with good retention. Aroma of oak, tart funk, white wine. Taste is more of the same, white wine grapes strong on the initial sip, oak on the back end, medium tart, with a little brett bitterness on the back end. Soft mouthfeel, medium carbonation, really nice farmhouse ale. AirForceHops (7702) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 18, 2017
750 ml bottle. Thanks Adamchandler! Pours a cloudy golden color with a low flimsy white head. Aromas of funk, green apples, white grapes, mild funky oak, and maybe a mild acid. Taste is spot on with the acid element being low. The flavor is very nice! Great stuff! Leighton (22084) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 18, 2017
Bottle shared in NH - cheers to AC! Pours mostly clear orange-gold with a small, frothy white head. Dynamic aroma, with notes of wood, a little funk, tangerine, faint grass, citrus peel. Light sweet flavour with soft funkiness, light acidity, more tangerine, moderate woody dryness, subtle grassy bitterness. Medium bodied with spritzy, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, with a nice mix of mild lemony tartness, some acidity, and modest grassy bitterness. Wonderful beer.

750 mL bottle. Hazy pale orange. Smells of white wine, oak, some grain. Tastes pretty tart right up front. Kinda grapefruit tartness. White wine. Oak. As it warms, the back end becomes a little more grainy and yeasty. A touch of brett. Medium light. Low carbonation. Got much better as it warmed. Maybe not as good as the individual components, though. salvaticas (939) - - AUG 13, 2017
Bottle pour. Pours a beautiful golden amber. Sour, citrus, sweet on the nose. Medium to light bodied. Smooth, well balanced. Medium sour flavor but finishes clean. Excellent. HonusWagner (2218) - Florida, USA - AUG 11, 2017
It’s a great barrel-aged HF saison, but it lacks something that makes it stand out from the crowd. It’s not as subtle as Flora or as punchy as BA Dorothy. It’s, nevertheless, a terrific way to spend an hour of sipping time. Lemony, oaky, a bit grainy (but not much), very good. 50belair (3680) - Florida, USA - AUG 9, 2017
Bottle. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Effervescent with light yeast and funk highlights. Muted barnyard and oak backbeats. Good body and mouthfeel. Light and refreshing. skrip (228) - New Jersey, USA - AUG 7, 2017
