Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, orange - citrus, dusty hops, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast, earthy notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dusty, fruity, pale malt, grass, earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.

Swan Song at Bruce’s. Thanks to Manny G. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Nose of mild piss and sweet malts. Palate is airy and semi dry. Decent fine carbonation. Light dry malt cream. Mildly sour orange and lemon. Some peel. Little yeast. Light bitterness in the airy dry finish. Nice flavour and pretty drinkable, the nose a bit pissy.
Bottle shared with friends. Pours cloudy gold with a fluffy, white head. Smells of strong, fresh manure, some herbs, and wet hay. Tangy, mildly tart flavor, light grass, citrus rind, poo. Light to medium bodied with high carbonation. Light sweetness to finish, mild dryness, plastic grass, light fund, poo, some tangy lime and citrus. Great manure character. Taste comprises bitter citric rinds, peach, straw, funk, Belgian yeast esters, spice, darker fruit notes, candyfloss.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light hop presence in a drying close.
Solid Belgo offering.
