750ml growler poured into a Side Project oversized wine glass.
A~ beautiful, glowing light yellow with a nice bubbly head and a ton of lacing.
S~ extremely fruity! grapefruit, lemon, lime, orange and citra! oh wait... thats a hop haha. followed by dank grass and even more earthyness.
T~ pretty much follows the nose but opens up a bit more here. the citrus actually over powers the hop bitterness, super surprising!
M~ light bodied, very refreshing, super crisp and nice carbonation.
O~ i could drink this all year long, really fantastic IPA! definitely on the fruity side for HF as well. which is completely fine with me! if HF was to can, i would love to this done. i look forward to more to come in this series. what a great start! Draft at Parker Pie.
Hazy, yellowish orange body with a small white cap. Aromas of citrus, breads, grain, resinous hops, pine. Similar flavor. Light to medium bodied. A solid beer. Stoned99 (1673) - St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 7, 2016
Glass at Parker Pie. Aroma: really shy (especially lemon), citrus and not much more. Maybe just that usual Hill Farmstead wild yeast aroma. Could be the glass in which it was served in. Should have brought my glass like I often do here. App: hazy straw, medium white head, great retention and great lacing. Taste and palate: medium body, but watery but a bit tasteless, light sweetness, medium dry bitter finish. Overall: even though this isn?t my fav from HF I still enjoyed it. Wish it was more fruity, more tasty, more fluffy though. rodenbach99 (4678) - Longueuil, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 5, 2016
Hill Farmstead «The experience of waiting in line».

Lemon candy, lemon zest, mango, honeydew, grassy bitterness, sweet biscuit. Creamy, frothy mouthfeel. Jow (4082) - Orlando, Florida, USA - NOV 25, 2015
Tap at Jeffrey. Orange yellow and cloudy with small white head. Nose is fruity and some yeast. Tastes of peaches, mango, yeast, straw, some florals. Dry and fruity finish with lingering resin. Ernest (7815) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - NOV 24, 2015
Draft (Monk’s Cafe, Philly).
Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly lasting.
Body is hazy medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (grapefruit, melon, grass, resin), with a light note of plastic.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately to heavily bitter.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic.
Another miss from HF, unfortunately. Raw hops (only barely saved by a honeydew-like character) and even a little plastic note make the aroma nearly unpleasant. Only slightly better in the mouth.
