Hey, another great Saison from hill Farmstead. Very drinkable- light funk, pepper, barn - lychee, pear, wine grapes, everything soft and in harmony with the rest. Very nice. 4.3- Ron (4181) - Rochester, New York, USA - OCT 23, 2017
Had during lunch at the Prohibition Pig with Patty. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Lots and lots of carbonation on this one. Nose of wheat, lemon and brown sugar, a bit of white wine and banana notes in there. Very clean nose. Taste is very smooth on the mouthfeel and then you get the light acidic finish which is pleasant. Too much lemon in this one. Body is light. tcon25 (940) - Duvall, Washington, USA - OCT 21, 2017

Bottle in Seattle. Thanks Chris. White cream, pale hazy yellow. Woody malt nose, rye it seemed. Fresh tart character. Pretty delicious. Great acidity. DiarmaidBHK (5881) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 20, 2017
Draft at worthy burger. Pours straw yellow with a white head. Leaves some lacing in the glass. Nice funk and tart notes on the nose and tongue. Finished dry. Fairly nice.

Bottle: Poured a pale hazy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of Brett notes with some floral notes is enticing. Taste is a nice mix of Brett notes with some floral notes with light tart notes. Body is light with god carbonation. Good but I feel that the Brett notes have overtaken the other flavours – this one would have been better fresh. Stuu666 (14806) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - SEP 21, 2017
Keg at beer temple. Pours hazy golden, nose is brett funk, oak, banana, herbal, taste is zesty, sour funk, bitter citrus. SinH4 (6257) - Garching b. Mnchen, GERMANY - SEP 21, 2017
Tap at BeerTemple. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is mango, dough, fresh yeasts, a bit milky. Taste is mango, dough, complex rustic notes, just the right amount of tartness. Medium carbonation, the magic kind of finish that makes you want more. Amazing beer, although it supports my feeling that HF's house character is almost too complex for a Saison. rejtable (2837) - Ontario, CANADA - SEP 17, 2017
Bottle from Mike. Pours light straw, cloudy with lots of head and lacing. Notes is lemon, dough, mango. Flavours, yeast, grapefruit, lemon. Medium tart, light sweet. Medium body with lively carbonation. Lubiere (14151) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 15, 2017
