COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Florence (1915-1967) was our grandfather’s sister, and Hill Farmstead Brewery rests upon the land that was once home to her and her 13 siblings. In her honor, this Belgian inspired Wheat ale is crafted from American malted barley, Organic Vermont wheat, European and American hops, our distinctive farmhouse yeast and water from our well. It is unfiltered and naturally carbonated. Soft, cloudy, and fresh, this is the ale that I dream to have shared with Florence. 5% ALC/VOL 12º P Ingredients: Pale Malt; Vermont Organic Wheat; American and European Hops; Ale Yeast, and our Well Water.

Aroma - wheat, lemon, and carmalized sugar, and banana like yeast qualities. Appearance - clean golden color with a small white head. Effusive carbonation Taste - mimics the nose perfectly. Palate - is very smooth.

Clear blond colour. Aroma and flavour have strong funky yeast and tartnrss. Dry woody finish. It's more sour/wild than a Saison though.

Tap. Hazy yellow body with a small group white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, lime zest and some spice. Funky flavors. Slightly sweet taste that ends more dry and somewhat tart. Light bodied, watery to oily texture and soft carbonation. An excellent Saison. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Tap. Aroma is leathery barnyard brett, citrus, light malt. Hazy golden with white head. Taste is dry, tiny sour and light brett. Light body, oily dry feel and citrus brett finish.

200ml draught. Hazy yellow with white head. Aroma is tart and gently acidic with wheat, fruity yeast and citrus. Taste is tart and fruity with wheat, citrus and fruity farmhouse yeast. Medium, tart and dry mouthfeel, light carbonation and tart, gently acidic yeasty aftertaste with a gentle layer of wheat.
