75cl Bottle sample at Potjepalooza. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of raw wheat, light funky, hint of citrus. Flavour of wheat, light grainy, light funky, it’s nice but really not much to it, more like a light funky Wit. Light bodied. sjogro (4174) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JUN 3, 2017

Soft, wheaty, moderately sour. Very quenching and dry. A tad flat, though the brittle funk keeps things rolling.

Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Lots and lots of carbonation on this one. Nose of wheat, lemon and other esters, brown sugar, a bit of white wine and banana notes in there. Very clean nose. Taste is very smooth on the mouthfeel and then you get the light acidic finish which is so pleasant. Body is light which feels good for this style. So well balanced like all Hill Farmstead beers it’s reallly good skiatd1 (48) - New Hampshire, USA - FEB 26, 2017
