On tap at Backback Pub. Pours super murky dusty yellow with a creamy white head that sticks around on top. Aroma is pineapple juice, hint of pine, grass, smooth sweeth malts, citrus fruits. Flavor follows with a huge hit of pineapple citrus goodness, lightly sweet malts backing this up, and just finishing as clean as can be. Medium bodied, slightly creamy, just perfect. One of the best IPAs I have ever had. Absolutely outstanding.

On tap at Blind Tiger. Super juicy tropical fruit aroma. Great balance, though definitely on the bitter side. Peach, pine, tropical fruits. Resin finish. Awesome.

UPDATED: SEP 2, 2012 On tap at TND / Jose Pistolas, pours hazy golden orange. Head was medium and staying. Aromas of grapefruit, pine resin, tropical fruit, and some nice malt backbone. Taste was the same tropical citrus from the nose with some sweet caramel malt hidden, other notes of fresh herbs, and tangerine. I think I like Edwards aggressive side better. Cheers

Sample at the source. Pours at cloudy yellow orange with a fluffy white head. Aromas of citrus, tropical, and floral notes. Flavor of mango, passion fruit, grapefruit, light floral in the back. Medium to light body, chewy texture, nice carbonation, smooth finish. Awesome. Love these hoppy HF beers.

On tap at Farmhouse Grill in Burlington. Hazy golden yellow, small white head. Aroma of pine, spice, tropical fruits. Medium body. No alcohol, light carbonation. Flavor is bitter in the best way, herbal/spice, some citrusy/grapefruit in the background, some yeast. Complex in the way of a good wine. Great stuff.

On tap at Fool’s Gold for NYC Beer Week with Damico. Holy hell what a beer. Pours a murky, hazy golden orange color with a nice thick white foam head. Attacks your nose with an awesome aroma of earthy citrus and grapefruit. Sweet, thick, frothy citrus caramel taste with perfect lingering bitter layer from the dry hop. Outstanding.

Draft. 10 oz. Pours a massively hazy dank guzzy orange yellow with a full, thickly fluffy, white meringue head. Aroma of lemon, dry grapes, farmhouse funk, hop resin, and fresh grapefruit. Palate is dry, stringent, and cuttingly bitter. Very grapefruity and lemony flavors in the finish. Excellent IPA.

UPDATED: SEP 12, 2012 On tap at the brewery. This beer kicks so much ass it’s not even humane. Consumed as soon as the keg was ready to drink and got one of the first pours from the keg- beer doesn’t get any fresher than this! Golden hazy pour which sports a robust and long lasting white frothy foam. The nose can only be likened to the offspring between a pine tree, a marijuana plant, and a barrel of fresh orangepeel. So herbal and dank with huge evergreen notes to boot. The malt character is clean and never overpowerin, and never acts of compete against the hop onslaught. The palate and carbonation are simply perfect- caressing and pillowy with a smacking finish that oozes the dankest of alpha acids. The best IPA I’ve ever had.

Growler shared with the fellas in NYC at Sander’s place. Pours faintly hazy, rich gold with a frothy, white head. Intense aroma of ripe grapefruit, mango, subtle honey maltiness, fresh pine. Medium sweet flavor with tons of pine, some lightly toasted pale malts, bitter grapefruit and grass, faint earth. Medium bodied with average, smooth carbonation. Strong, fresh and hoppy to finish with plenty of earthy pine and deep grapefruit. Quite epic.
