375ml bottle. Pours a beautiful golden yellow, slight haze with a foamy, frothy white head leaving a lasting laciness. Smells sweet oak barrel wood, lambicky aroma essence, sweet fruitiness from the crabapples. Smells like a top quality fruit lambic. Similar to a kriek/raspberry one. Tastes oaky, slightly funky, barnyardiness. Bitter sour fruits. Very good. Light, crisp, tart mouthfeel. Overall truly enjoyable. The look and the nose take the cake. Taste is great, not excellent. Delicious.

Obtained in a trade with AdamChandler. 375 ml. bottle split @ ZZT 2017. Milky citrus little white head. Nose is milky faint soap, nice pear profile, white wine,… There is fruit in here but it is more like pear & white grape, low soapy but nice white wine profile, almost dank,… Milky white wine, faint soap. Tasty interesting fruity white wine almost lemon beer.

375ml bottle poured into a Torst wine glass.

A~ light orange with a tiny head and no lacing. kind of looks like tang.

S~ lots of red wine barrel funk along with some barnyard brett up front. slight citrus follows with some burnt oranges and a little cherry.

T~ follows the nose, i get a little apple here but more in the feel. even more wine barrel funk here and surprisingly getting a lot of cherry on the back end.

M~ smooth, extremely refreshing with a feeling like you just ate an apple.

O~ so far my favorite of the series for sure! even though i’ve probably said that before this time i mean it haha! i really loved the cherry like funk!
