Bottle shared with Kevin, Paul and Brendan (thanks Kev). Pours a hazy golden body with white lace. Mouthfeel is perfectly nuanced - light bodied and balanced between juicy fruits (pineapple, lemon, citrus and grape) and a nice tart oak character.

Sudz4Dayz (165) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 31, 2017
375ml bottle dated 10/19/16. Pours a golden yellow with a slight copper tinge, small haze throughout with smooth carbonation bubbles. Foamy sudsy white head, thick with substantial lacing. Lasting and full. Smells super sweet and woody oak. Surprisingly strong lambic funk to it. Barnyard and grassy scent as well. Some small sweetened lemon zest. Very nice on the nose. Smooth sweet tartness, sour with a grassy floral zestiness. Small lemon citrus notes and a slight bitter aftertaste. Has that Lambic profile of the oak barrel and wild yeast. Very good. Crisp and tart mouthfeel as it should be. Overall it's quite good. Surprised about this one. Liked it more than other LoG. Yummy.

Bottle. Very murky golden pour with a white head. Aroma is really zesty citrus, bright and quite nice. Taste is milder, soft, a little creamy.

Stoned99 (1729) - St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 17, 2017
375ml bottle shared with brother. Aroma: trash dumpster that goes away after a few minutes, pineapples, grapefruits, oak, woody. App: cloudy apricot, minimal white with big bubbles on the side leaving little lacing. Taste and palate: light body, oily and even grassy, fruity with moderate acidity finish. Overall: wasn’t impressed at first but after a few minutes I started enjoying more and more. Good stuff!

Bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is spice, tropical fruit, oak. Thin body, spicy, pineapple, oak, funk, light tartness, very good.

*6/11/2017 375ml bottle poured into a Jester King Zwanze Day Geuze tumbler. A~ light glowing yellow, hazy with a slight head and a little lacing. S~ lots of lemon, slight soap but in a good way... some how? haha and some brett funk on the back end. T~ really love this Pineappleweed flavor! whatever it might be... OH I GOT IT! Chamomile!!! tons of chamomile, floral, lemony tartness and a little wine barrel funk. nice! M~ great carb, smooth and refreshing! O~ it took me a while to put my finger on exactly what Pineappleweed tasted like. (not knowing exactly what it was of course haha!) i’m loving the newer herbal/floral renditions of this series!

Bottle at GP 2.0 - pours gold with white head - nose and taste of dank grass, oak, funk, lemon and chamomile - medium body

bottleforager (3211) - Gray, Maine, USA - MAY 7, 2017
Pours a medium golden orange with some haze and a finger of white foam. Nose is floral honey, soft apple, rhubarb, unripe pineapple and some light spicy vegetal earthiness. Palate is yummy, lots of chamomile character, soft gala apple, funky vinous notes, arugula spice lingers. There is a fascinating lightness to the flavors in this beer that is such a great representation of pineapple weeds essence! A pure pleasure to drink.

Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - MAY 5, 2017
bottle, I got strong chamomile flavors in this one, other herbs like thyme maybe? Soft carb, moderate tartness. Overall beer softened with the barrel treatment.

dnstone (4139) - Kansas City, Missouri, USA - APR 23, 2017
Pours a golden color with a touch of haze and sudsy white head. Funky-herbal aroma...a bit like dandelions. Light bodied; funky, herbal, grassy, lightly tart. Notes: Bottle from Dec ’16 brewery visit, opened Apr ’17
