375mL bottle, sent from Glouglouburp (thanks a lot, Dany), pours a deep dark mahogany-tinged brown with a small beige head. Nose is extremely funky and wild-smelling, with loads of wild yeast, considerable tart funky notes, and oak barrels. Flavour brings out loads of tart leathery notes, lots of funk, lots of oak barrels, a touch of dark dry fruity notes, and finishes on tart woody notes. Very complex, with a wonderful array of flavours all working in harmony. Much more complex than the regular Phenomenology of Spirit. Excellent stuff. jtclockwork (17101) - , New Jersey, USA - NOV 2, 2014
