750 growler from Carps. Thanks! dirty orange pour with a big soapy white head. Herbal, tropical, and a bit of onion hops in the nose. not much going on beside the hops, which is fine with me. Flavor is pretty cool like that too. No hint of the ABV, lighter body than I expected with less carbonation than I had expected. good. JPDurden24 (1675) - Chandler, Arizona, USA - MAY 27, 2012
The pour was hazy and cloudy like the sky yesterday except the color of gold with a white head. Aroma hop bomb for sure with a lot of citrus on the nose. More citrus on the taste with a plethora of hoppiness. Oh, what a wonderful beer!

Shared by Dak. Pours a hazy grapefruit color with an eggshell head. Aroma has some dank hops but also loads of sweet, citrusy hops. Taste is sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Friggin’ awesome! changeup45 (1731) - Lake Mary, Florida, USA - MAY 26, 2012
Flip-top growler from joebones3. Thanks! Hazy gold color, tight white foam on top, spotty lacing left on the glass. The aroma has big whiffs of tropical fruit; lemon rind, mango, and grapefruit coming to mind. There’s some pine noted as well. Not really any malt here. Going down this is medium-bodied, getting a little doughy malt flavor underneath a blast of tropical fruity hops. A bit herbal. The finish has a lengthy dry and bitter finish with notes of pine. Some alcohol heat sneaks in there toward the back end. Incredibly drinkable, though. I like the lower abv for a Double IPA. Excellent stuff. daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - MAY 26, 2012
Cloudy dark gold pour. White head. Dank, spicy, citrus hop aroma abounds!! Flavor is citrus, juicy hops, and hops! Hops!!!

Oh my. NOT disappointed. Holy crap. Hazy yellow/orange with a large long-lasting fluffy off white head. Smells like heaven - floral, citrus and tropical fruit, not much alcohol. Taste follows, a little more alcohol and the floral bitterness asserts more than the tropical fruit, and wonderfully catty too - could go 9/10 too. Perfect light body, moderate acidity and alcohol with a medium-long bitter finish - so good, and soooooo easy to drink too. Thorpe429 (5035) - , Illinois, USA - MAY 10, 2012
UPDATED: MAY 14, 2012 Huge thanks to a great trader for getting this growler out my way. Served in a Hill Farmstead long stem tulip. Pours a nice orange color with a good white head and a bit of lacing. Nose carries loads of dank hops. Columbus heaven. Can’t get enough. Body is light-medium with really nice bitterness. Fantastic.

Shared a growler. Poured a slightly hazy golden color with a white head. Aroma is grapefruits, hops, sweet malts. Flavor was a nice tropical fruit hop mix with nice sweet malts. Flavor was great, bitterness is good, with a balanced finish. Surprised. MaBeer1972 (2051) - Reno, Nevada, USA - MAY 4, 2012
750 ml growler from the Farmstead. A slightly hazy light orange brew. Lacy head. Good carbonation. Sweet-spice aromas. Flavor profile has a very well balanced sweetness. Hop profile is fruity-spice-citrus. Some grapefruit. More spice. Some spruce. Lingering bitter-citrus peel flavors. Very nice - better than Heady Topper!
