An absolutely other-worldly beer from one of the best breweries on the planet. Unbelievable. skiatd1 (48) - New Hampshire, USA - NOV 5, 2016
Complex imperial India pale ale with many subtle notes consistent with the style of many hill farmstead brews.

Pours a cloudy yellow golden color with two fingers of the sticky eggshell foam. The nose is so inviting... big fruit notes of mango, pineapple, some citrus even a touch of fuji apple mixed with some earthy straw and pith. The palate follows and is so dialed in with balance between sweet, bitter and earthy, just wow from beginning to end this beer is a DIPA perfection. On draft at Blackback pub in Waterbury. I also drank a 750 mL of this last week.
The beer appears hazy and golden hued with a half inch of white head. The aroma offers a delectable bouquet of citrus and hops. Malt presence seems minimal - seems very promising so far. OK I’m back...just went to a different universe when I tasted this. To say this is delicious and smooth doesn’t begin to do this beer justice. Light bodied without being thin. Dangerously drinkable. Will report back after I come back down from this...reviewed on 7-15-2012

CBC 2016. Pours hazy orange with a medium frothy white head. Aromas of peach, mango, resin, kiwi. Taste is fruity with a robust malty backbone and floral hints. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. This is so fuck ingredients well balanced it’s ridiculous. Just fantastic!

From August 2012. 750ml straight from the source. Pours an extremely opaque orange caramel color. Smells absolutely fantastic, but waht would you expect with galaxy and citra? Grapefruit, mango, pinapple, you name it. Tropical floral bomb. Taste follow with the tropical fruit parade, and a nice hoppy bitterness to round it out.
This may be the best DIPA or beer in general I have ever had. Excited that they are rebrewing the series, just for this installment. bigda83 (854) - Jamestown, New York, USA - JUL 13, 2015
Pour from growler obtained 7-10 from the source. Poured a nice glowing cloudy orange with medium bubbly white head. Aromas of tropical fruit and citrus stand out. Flavor had mango, peach, grapefruit, orange. Medium body and a thick texture. Good carbonation and very smooth finish. Easily drinkable for what the ABV is. Stoned99 (1553) - St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - APR 27, 2016
UPDATED: MAY 4, 2016 Updated the rating of this one, this deserves way more than 4.3. 750ml growler bought today @Hill Farmstead. Aroma: awesome juicy tropical fruits, oranges, pineapples. App: hazy murky can’t see through apricot / orange colour. Exactly how I like them. Taste and palate: thin to medium body, hyper juicy and a bit resinous, medium bitter finish. Overall: what a great surprise. I bought this one thinking I had it before but once I put my big nose in my glass I could tell I never had it. Way more fruity than usual HF ipa’s. Reminds me of Julius except more bitter and a tad less fruity. Really really good. That kind of beer I wish could be available in cans as I can see myself drinking this in the pool, mowing the lawn. Pours hazy pale amber with low white head. Aroma of mango, vanilla, peach, passion fruit. Taste is mild fruit sweet with light bitter finish, complex yet incredibly smooth. Body is light and creamy with soft carbonation.
