750ml growler poured into a Hill Farmstead taster.
A~ glowing orange as expected but a lot clearer than expected for sure! nice fluffy head and some lacing.
S~ whoa! tons of fruit! crazy apricot forward followed by lemon, lime, peach and grapefruit. fresh cut grass and nice earthy hops.
T~ dannnnnnnnkkkkk! follows the nose pretty much. more hop presence here but the non existent fruit still comes through haha!
M~ perfect carb, amazingly refreshing and rather dry.
O~ i love this! if i didn’t enjoy black IPA’s a tad more this would totally be my favorite of the series! i can’t believe the fruit that comes out. just the perfect mix of simcoe and amarillo! get it! markducommun (1231) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 13, 2016
Cloudy golden, light white head. Bubblegum, very phenolic some light resin. Bitter some slight sweetness. Medium body, quite a bit of carbonation very good.

Growler thanks to Caleb! Pours quite hazy orange, large creamy off-white head, dissipates slowly leaving lots of clumpy residual and lacing. Aroma is light overall, pine, mango, stonefruit, light green tea, peach. Flavor is light plus sweet, medium bitter, juicy and piney, hints of green tea as well. Full body, soft silky mouthfeel. Lingering bitterness.

This was poured into a snifter served at The Reservoir.
The appearance was a thick ruddy grapefruit rind color with a slim bar pour’s kind of head that barely left any lacing.
The smell was a wonderful combination of the grapefruit pulp and orange pulp. Slight mango and papayas slide in underneath.
The taste was mainly bittersweet fully combined. Really tasted like I was drinking my morning orange / grapefruit juice. Awesome smooth transition from aftertaste to finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a fairly decent sipping to sessionable quality about it. Carbonation seemed pretty good as the bittersweetness really impounds my tongue in an awesome manner.
Overall, not sure why I’m seeing lower ratings from everyone else but I loved this one. HF knocked it out of the park! Beerman6686 (6611) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 26, 2016
Poured a hazy orange with a white head. Aroma was of dank and earthy hops. Flavor was big bright hop character, light medicinal amarillo character and mildly syrupy. lefossoyeur (615) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 20, 2016
From growler. Pours hazy blonde topped by a thick white head that fades into a thin veil. Piny, citrus and a bit of alcohol / esters make for the aromas. Light to medium body, superb Simcoe profile on the palate with a slightly green finish. Solid, as always. Art (3220) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 19, 2016
Growler from a share thanks to Matt. Pours a cloudy orangey yellow with a white head. Aromas of mango and melon with tangerine. Taste is light bitterness and syrupy. More viscous than I expected. Light carbonation.
