4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
UPDATED: NOV 24, 2012 On tap with James and a small crew at blind tiger, hazy almost murky orange-gold pour. So much grapefruit citrus, tropical pineapple, butter, caramel, and cheese, pine and lots of tropical notes. Awesome mouthfeel, so sweet and refreshing with a nice hop bitter finish at the end. Highlight of the event for me. If it was a little more dry and citrus dominant it would have been epic. Maybe a little too much sugar left behind but still world class. Tried again via growler at Franks, enjoyed this version better then the one at B Tiger. More dryness and more new zealend cheese, thit yoo, thats some thitt
Hazy peach colored pour with a huge, two finger head. Very opaque. Aroma is amazing on this one. A hint of mint and licorice with that underlying stank of Simcoe. Kind of foot like. Taste is very complex. Mint, tea, grass and dankness. Lace present. Excellent mouthfeel, so soft. A hint of citrus here and there. A~ cloudy glowing orange with a nice white head
S~ loads of citrus and tons of hops. very tropical
T~ wow it really comes out now. great hop bitterness with all the right tropical fruits. lemon, mango, grapefruit, orange, and even a little kiwi
M~ nice carbonation, smooth as could be and bitter on the back of the throat
O~ really good IPA, this one i could put in my top 5. i had this back to back with Double Galaxy, definitely enjoyed this one a lot more. which is strange usually i would pick a DIPA over a regular IPA, especially in an american style. this is damn good! get it any way you can!
My mouth might explode from happiness. This is incredible. Juicy tropical orange and tangerine. Heaven.

Smooth!! Same pour as nearly all of their ipa’s & pales. Not much dryness to it & yet another really good offering! shawnmurphy (637) - Plattsburgh, New York, USA - JUN 27, 2017
On tap at Our House Bistro in Plattsburgh, New York. Pours cloudy-milky yellow-orange with a spritz of white head and lacing. Aroma: pineapple, orange, pine, honey. Flavor: all of the above, just more. Mouthfeel: medium-bodied, sharp, dry. meccahh69lol (366) - New Haven, Connecticut, USA - JUN 25, 2017
Poured from a growler purchased at the brewery. This pours a hazy, orange juicy cloud that darkens with time (was like orange juice the day it was purchased, but is more like unfiltered apple juice a week later). The aroma is a heady mix of pungent passion fruit and clean fresh hops, it is truly delightful. The taste is a Treehouse-esque juice bomb with bright hop flavors tangoing in tandem with juicy bursts of orange fizz, dry apricots, and grapefruit tingles. You could chug this easily, but it would be a sin to not give this the proper time to appreciate it. This is truly one of the best beers I had at Hill Farmstead and, thus, one of the best beers I’ve ever had. Good for sitting in the grass in the sun or sitting in bed waiting to watch Moana on Netflix with your beautiful angel. thornecb (6093) - Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA - JUN 10, 2017
Pours hazy mango into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Mango, pineapple and passion fruit aromas. Soft with resin and hay upfront turning to dry, warming sourdough and pineapple before the lasting mango and pith finish. GenDV138 (7764) - Falls Church, Virginia, USA - APR 6, 2017
