Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma as notes of malt, straw, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, hops, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

750ml bottle shared by jsprime. A wonderfully expressive and classically rustic saison. Truly a joy to drink. Thanks Jeff!

750 ml bottle. A hazy medium blonde beer, with a large, frothy, slightly fizzy and lacing. mostly lasting white head. The aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted bread/grain, hay), moderately hoppy (flowers, herbs, grass), lighty to moderately yeasty (barnyard, dust), with notes of dandelions, lemon, pepper, clove, some honey. The flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation, long finish with moderate bitterness, very lightly alcoholic. Stunniong flowery aroma, with not excessive honey, a good pepperiness and some funk. The taste grows sips after sips and you beg for another one. Although it doesnt reach IMHO the stellar level of Anna and Arthur, still it reveals the skills and talent of one of the greatest Saison brewers outside of Belgium and not only.

Gusher! Pour into HF wineglass. Hazy yellow with a huge pillow of white, foamy head that never went away. Citrus ad grassy aroma with a flavor that follows. Slight funk and a dry finish. Great beer

2013 vintage poured into a tulip. Pours light yellow with a ton of carbonation. Aroma of lemon zest, grass and white wine. Taste is lemon verbena, white wine and some funky oak notes. Very crisp and effervescent. Overall, very good.

750 ml bottle served in a wine glass. Thanks to cfrances33 for the share. A: Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a white head forming on the pour. It recedes to a thick cap that leaves some sticky lace down the glass. S: Straight flower patch in the nose with some lemon tartness and plan stems. Light malt profile with a little grass. T: Light and lemony with a slightly tart pucker. Sweet malts with a little bit of flower stem. Very floral with a dry yeasty note as well. M: Light bodied with a bubble carbonation level. Fresh and floral. O: This was nice, but definitely one of the weaker HF offerings in my opinion. Not that complex overall, just a nicely made saison with a little floral components to it.
