Bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Grainy base, some light corny-like sweetness, and very faint bitterness. Meh, fine I guess. johnnymusky (983) - Minnesota, USA - DEC 31, 2015
Got a couple bottles from my brother...thx Aj...did not expect
much from this beer...pleasantly surprised.. flavor was decent...nose was minimal...a summer lunch beer. BlackBeerPG (629) - Darien, Illinois, USA - NOV 10, 2015
Taste: Crisp malt with some hop bite.
Lite gold and clear, lite body with a bit a hop nose MetalNHopHead (1901) - Lincoln, Nebraska, USA - OCT 9, 2015
For what it is, Hillas isnít bad. Itís not the least bit skunky and itís pretty smooth. Boy is it ever sweet, though. The cereal grains are starchy to the extreme. Maybe itís just my hop-jaded palate, but the sweetness was too close to cloying for my taste. Still fun to get another Greek rate. miyauchi38 (1096) - chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 6, 2015

This is a nice Pils-like beer. It is clear golden with a white head. It has a pleasant husky malt character and a good bit of spicy hops. It is nice and dry and drinkable. I wasnít expecting too much from this but itís a real beer. I might not buy this to drink at home but I will definitely be searching for it on the menu of every Greek restaurant I go to. >> Pours clear, deep gold. Soda foam. Nose is sweet sugar, sweet candied lemon. Taste is candied lemon, stickier sugar, higher fusel notes.
Light yellow color. It has a mild aroma similar to lager. A malty flavor but pretty simple and a little bite.

Bottle @ home. Greek tick, fuck yeah. Clear golden straw pour with a short lived white head. Smells sugary, watery, and papery. Grape cough syrup, cardboard, and cereal. Somewhat solventy, chemical taste. Really oxidized and papery. Tons of cardboard, grape cough syrup, and cereal. Big time sugar and cooked vegetables, too. biokid23 (102) - California, USA - FEB 10, 2014
Thin, fairly generic lager. I wouldnít highly recommend it, other than variety. Pours a yellow straw color, tastes not too skunky and quite grainy. Not unpleasant, but not all too amazing either.
