Bottle. Poured pale gold with thick white head. Faint aroma of malt and medicine. Little bit of malt in the flavour, with a lot of medicine. Flat mediciney finish and an unpleasant burn. I would not drink this again. jstraw (1967) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 25, 2009
Gold with big, foamy white head / Floral nose of honey and corn / Light to medium body, somewhat sweet and fat with low carbonation, but with good balance and dry finish / Flavors of honey, violets, and corn / As far as pale lagers go, this is a pretty good one. Very pilsner-like. jezmez68 (404) - Chesterton, Indiana, USA - AUG 1, 2009
Thanks, Budweiser, for making the world think they need to copy you. Just another typical light lager that you couldn’t pick out of a lineup of any other random light lagers. Nothing special to see here, move along. GG (2332) - NorCal, California, USA - JUL 20, 2009
The beer pours our a dirty dishwater greyish/yellow with a scant 1/2" thick off-whte head. Aroma is a bit sour-like citrus (lemony I suppose), and a touch of corn-like sweetness. Flavor had some more of the light lemon notes, abd sweet creamed corn. Suprisingly light and refreshing. Clean finish. thooper41 (556) - BELGIUM - JUL 3, 2009
11.2oz bottle: apperance is golden brown with white head, aroma is like carbonated malt water, flavor is decent but nothing special just another pale lager. Real easy drinker with no off flavors.

Bland. Pours gold with a white head. Little aroma. Typical flavor of corn and some malt sweetness. Not much to the flavor, pretty bland. Boring. DerBiermeister (586) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - APR 24, 2009
This is a pretty delicious beer and highly underrated here. It’s especially tasty with Greek food, of course. dm9831 (1512) - Monee, Illinois, USA - FEB 23, 2009
clear pale yellow, small quickly dissipating head, medium lacing. nose of airy corn. grainy flavor, light bitterness, not offensive, but mostly corny. light bodied, dry finish with slightest bitter aftertaste. not bad. thanks to cornfield for the bottle. Purchased for 95cents at Johns Market Place in Portland, OR--I’d like to say it was worth every penny... Poured a boring straw body with a small white head. Bubbly, sticky corn nose. Creamy and dry. Very dull but not horrible. Russo (2011) - Hemhofen, GERMANY - AUG 14, 2008
Restaurante in Omaha,NE. Golden color with a thin white head. Corn aroma and some citrus notes. Flavor is corn too, remind me a non alcohol ones. Mouthfeel is dry.Very like Athenian.
