COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
No cork or wire cage here. We’re getting back to the spirit of a Saison as a beer you can drink every day, not just special occasions. A refreshing and complex beer, ours is brewed without the addition of any spices, however the Belgian yeast adds notes of citrus, peppercorn, and coriander.

Very pale, slightly hazy golden with a firm white head. Aroma is fruity, slightly musty, a bit of malt, a bit spicy. Medium bodied. Flavor is similar with a bit of pepper in the finish. Pretty simple and light flavor overall. Solid, easy going saison. Nothing special but not bad.

Stealth mode can at a baseball game. Pretty much everything that’s worng with American saisons all packed into one convenient 16 oz can. Too sweet, too sticky, too estery. No thank you.

16 oz can. (By the Bottle) Vancouver, WA.
Slightly cloudy yellow golden colour with a small white head. Yeast, citrus, hops, mild bitterness, mild sourness and dryness in the aroma. The flavour is yeast, citrus, spices, mild bitterness and dryness. Not bad. A bit more soda like than the Belgian ones.

Can served in a tulip. A nice gold with a soft white head. The nose has a musty fruitiness that reminds me of some lambics. Medium bodied with a bit of a syrupy quality to it. The taste is cork, sour fruity funk a touch of pepper with a sweet finish. Decent but not really my idea of a saison.

Sehr helles Bier. In der Nase Zitrus, Hefe, Heu. Am Gaumen kommt eine leichte Säure hinzu. Ok!

Can at Lingua. Lemony nose, cider, light honey malt, spicy yeast. Clear, pilsner-looking. Malty flavor, apples, orange, spicy. Ok but not all that interesting.

Can. Hazy golden yellow color, thin white head. Fruity aroma with subtle dust. Taste is fruity, subtle barnyard. Not bad.

"While there;s little wow factor to this brew, it’s a stright up textbook saison. slightly musty yet sunny and vibrant. Spicy, lightly hopped, a touch of earth and funk and quite refreshing. Comes in pint cans that look like they’re out of the 70’s."

Can pour. Pours a dark yellow with a mild citrus aroma. A sweet beer, with a little tartness as well. Tropical citrus fruit flavor with some yeast too. I think this one may be a little too sweet. Good beer overall, but doesn’t really have much spice which I typically love about saisons. Overall I enjoyed this though. Good beer.
