Bottle. Light malty, shy basement note, pronounced hoppiness - herbal, lemongrass, tobacco, citrus, vague tropical fruit. Toned down, light astringent bitterness. Very tasty with some room for improvement regarding the mouthfeel. DrNosha (2962) - Württemberg, Germany, GERMANY - FEB 2, 2018

Mint, grapefruit, and salad greens whirl gloatingly with restrained purpose, its aged wooden orangeness settling under a thick yet fragile white thought bubble. Could smell the nutty bitterness and banana sweetness and earthy spiciness at the core of its being. Autumnal leaves, chestnuts, and green apple while warming up.
After a pleasant sip, I remarked: "Europeanly crisp. Americans would have a hard time making this."
Soft, manageable; like melted butter churned before the sun even came out. A lingering syrup-like consistency wasn't offensive in the least to find upon swallowing down.
German noble hops, like the damp lawn variety that keeps us desirous of all Deutschland exported goods. Musty aspect from the wet and drying work clothes smelt from and tasted throughout, is evidence enough as how uniformly well they operate together, the various flavors and its dank basement musty deliciousness peaking under a soiled pear, wine lees, and little more tree-nut bitterness, achieves this as an instant success.
Pale finish, like licking the bark of a birch tree. Its birch sap endures after the bark leaves the physical world - a solid twenty minutes, give or take.
Beers should be brewed in the style of this beauty and left alone. Even if their Bavarian does not catapult the Himburgs to Best Brewery Status, they straightforwardly create some of the best sessionable German ales available. I do not doubt that Germany has offerings that will make the mighty Bavarian pale in comparison, but until that glorious days arrives, I'll be drinking the shit out of this as if it's a 3 Fonteinen release.
A fruity smell, grapefruit, citrus and hops. The white creamy head is medium large with a normal carbonation. The body is yellow. A fruity taste, some yeast and hops. The body is light to medium strong, very creamy with a lively carbonation. andrepintado (3828) - Porto, PORTUGAL - AUG 21, 2017

Flavour: Medium kakiebos, grapefruit. Medium-light crackerbread. Medium-high bitterness. Very dry finish with grapefruit rind.
Mouthfeel: Slight astringency. Medium-light body.
Overall: Astringency is an issue, otherwise the beer is good. Missing maltiness on aroma.
