500 ml bottle served cold in a Weihenstephan weizen glass. Moderate bubbly white head dies speedily atop the bubbly, hazy pale gold body...lemon lime, sour apple, and just a touch of bathroom odor in the rather low-energy nose...body juicy, faint fruity sweetness, mostly tart and acidic, with sweetness largely fading and tartness increasing towards the finish, which is a bit maltier and fuller, dry and mineralic...carbonation low to moderate, tingly, body just a tinge syrupy. This is pretty solid overall, nothing particularly exciting about it but quite drinkable and refreshing.

Bottle thanks to DrSilverworm. Aroma is mineral water and faint lemon. Tastes like minerals, salt and dirty water. Yuck.

Bottle: The aroma consists of sweet tarts, light lemon, faint florals and must. It pours a dull yellow with a small white head that fades to a thin film outlined by a thicker ring. The flavor starts with mild citrus. The finish has light-moderate minerals, florals, faint lemon peel, and must. It’s light bodied with moderate carbonation.

Bottle. Murky light orange pour with a foamy sticky white head. Hint of light fruit and funk. Thinner palate with moderate liveliness. Not a great Berliner - this bottle has a little age on it and I’m wondering if that’s a factor here.

Pours a hazy yellow gold with plenty of white head. Citrus, lemon citrus, tart citrus, and some raw wheat on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes tart and dry. Very nice berliner weisse.

Bottle from...somewhere in Florida. Pours a hazy straw color with a nice white head. The aroma is lemony citrus with a sour tang and light wheat. The flavor is nice but maybe one dimensional towards lemony sourness. Nice.

Indra (2711) - Suburbia, Kansas, USA - DEC 18, 2014
Draft. Lightly fruity and tart aroma, some light wheat grain, lemon, doughy yeast and breadiness, overall these are fairly slight in character, though. Very pale yellow in color, clear, with a sparse, white head. Flavor profile is also lightly tart, citric and fruity, finishing with a distinctive, tasty, wheaty grain character which is quite nice. Well carbonated, light and dry on the palate, body is of course very light. Pretty good.

Hazy straw color. A little yeast in the aroma. Some sourness and light flavor of a wheat beer. It is lightly tart, enough to be recognizable as a Berliner weisse.

Sample at the 2014 Infected Chimipalooza on 11/01/2014. Slightly hazy pale yellow-gold color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of fruit and wheat. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly tart lemons and herbal wheat. The finish is fruity with a short zesty lemon aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

tectactoe (3125) - Michigan, USA - OCT 30, 2014
UPDATED: OCT 31, 2014 Bottle: Thanks, Ron. Cloudy pale straw body, fizzling white head that turns into a tiny collar in moments. Aroma of mild skunk, tire fire, & band-aid. I know that sounds egregious, but it’s not quite so awful. Just... very strange. Very mild mineral, hay, & lemony notes. Taste is a little thin & vapid. Some light lemon, mineral acidity, a touch of stone fruit, some drying hay in the finish. Wheaty finish with some mineraly stone fruits. A touch of grassy bitterness & metallic notes towards the finish. Thin body. Strange, not bad not great, either.
