COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our reformulated IPA is now in a can only. We dry hop with Simcoe to give our IPA a nice citrusy taste with a hint of Pine. This is all balanced out with a delicious malt back bone.

Draft at the brewery, served on nitro in a pint glass; also a 16 oz. can at Lambeau Field during the first quarter of the Packers-Bengals game. Pours a mostly clear gold with a finger of white head that takes a while to settle (appearance based on nitro serving at the brewery; consumed straight from the can at the game). Big citrus notes in this, with some of the strong herbs that come with Simcoe, pine, and a sweet malt backbone. Medium-bodied, with moderate to medium carbonation and a bitter, sweet, resinous mouthfeel. Good IPA.

Nitro tap at Garage. Orangey golden with creamy head. Nice tropical aroma with some well blended pith. Nice level of bitterness. Finishes clean, creamy.

355ml can. Pours a hazed gold with a natural white head which sticks for a bit. The aroma is nice. Citrus rind, tropical, pine, floral, its a nice damn aroma. Oh, simcoe, yeah a favorite of mine. Its fairly balanced in the flavor, a touch peppery, with herbal bitterness and grapefruit dominating and some tropical notes. It is a damn good ipa.

Clear, deep golden pour with a white head. The aroma has pine and grassy hops. It has a medium body with smooth texture and average carbonation. The taste is bittersweet with a hint of butterscotch in the finish.

Tallahassee, Fl - ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Betton 12 oz can. Hazy, medium golden pour, soft silky snow white head with a nice film of lacing. Touch of spruce in the aroma with a hint of juniper. Solid citrus bent to the flavor, some sweet caramel notes, a touch of hot pepper. Decently thick mouthfeel.

pours a hazy rich gold with a medium white billowy head. Aroma is light citrus and light floral. Juicy resinous mouth feel. Nice mild citrus taste with good hop bitter. Pleasant bitter linger on the palate and in the sinuses. An enjoyable IPA. Good beer!

12 oz. can pours a clear orange/amber color with moderate white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is full of the usual suspects: citrrus, tropical fruit and some pine hops, with some bread and caramel. Taste is slightly bitter with lots of sweetness in the middle before a dry and slightly dank finish. Yet another pleasing one of thousands of American IPAs. Nothing bad here, and easy for this hophead to drink, but not one of the few memorable ones,

Aroma- citrus, spruce very nice nose Apperance- Golden with a tint of orange Taste- Very nice full flavored IPA, lots of citrus and woodsy pine notes and a nice balanced bitter finish Body-medium body, creamy, perfect carbonation. This new IPA from Hinterland is spot on and will definitely be my go to.

Great IPA and super easy drinking. Aroma was fresh hops and some malt. Appearance is a large foamy frothy off white head that settles very slowly, lots of lace and a hazy orange amber color. Flavor’s like nose, mainly bitter with a long finish. Body is perhaps a hair thin. Very good drop.

Shared can poured to snifters at Lunar Brewing Co., showing a clear, orangey gold color, with a bubbly layer of soft white head foam, and ribbons & spots of lacing. The nose started a little dank, then showed notes of grapefruit & pine. Light to medium bodied, with decent carbonation, the taste included fair malt, and a citrusy & resinous bitterness that lingered into a crisp, and somewhat dry finish. Liked it, and will travel much better than the old pint bottles.
