On tap at Sugar Maple November 25, 2011. Special Firkin aged on cacao nibs. Jet black with a creamy brown head that sticks. Aroma of coffee, dark roasted malt, lactose and a decent amount of cocoa. Full bodied taste is dark and roasty with cocoa, coffee, chocolate and finishes up a touch bitter and acidic. Definitely has more cocoa flavor than the original version and is a touch sweeter as well.
