Pours a clear copper color with white head. Pine and bread on the nose; follows onto the palate. Some malt on the finish. Ok, but nothing special. tricyclist (1125) - Florida, USA - JUN 30, 2014
Sample pour of deep amber color and medium off white head. Nose is fairly fruity, some sweetness, and moderate hops. Fairly bitter mouth with medium malt but in a balanced way. Not a bad beer. Pretty drinkable for around 10%... DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUN 19, 2013
Taster on tap at Lackman. Clear copper red color. Little khaki head. Just a couple loose dots of lace, not much really sticks. Some citrus hops in the nose. Light pine, medium to bigger body. Lighter, lightly soft carbonation. More dry in the finish. A bit more malt-forward in the flavor... Caramel malts, and more spicy malts. Bigger bitter taste, light spice, alcohol bite to it, little heat in the finish. Solid, spicier DIPA.. b3shine (9027) - Indiana, USA - JUN 18, 2013
Draft to taster at at Lackman. Looks solid; malty though. A mostly transparent cop perish orange with foamy off-white head that dissipates into sticky lacing. Smells of bitter hops with a sweet, malty backbone. Tastes like it smells with some caramel too. Average on the palate. An IPA from yesteryear.
