Half liter bottle - nose is caramel and yard weeds. Alsmost crisp. Hoppier than I expect from the style. Something akin to pepper in the finish. Interesting. nickd717 (4679) - San Francisco, California, USA - OCT 28, 2010
16oz bottle thanks to BeerFMAndy, totally unsolicited, and for that I thank him immensely.
Pours clear golden with a small white head that leaves thick lacing on the glass.
The aroma is pretty nice but a little grainy with pale malt and slight floral and grassy hops.
The flavor is decent. A little more hop-forward and less malty than I’d like maybe. Pale malt, orangey citrus, and grassy/earthy notes.
Fairly crisp with medium-light body and good carbonation level.
A solid but not great Oktoberfest overall. gormanb (174) - Bowling Green, Ohio, USA - NOV 12, 2010
aroma- caramel, bread, grass. pours light amber. taste is caramel, bread, nice roasted malt, light chocolate, grass. Nice full body for an oktoberfest, carbonated, and refreshing. Very Nice! queenholly (3623) - South Whitley, Indiana, USA - MAR 27, 2013
Bottle. Fruity bready caramel malt aroma. Hazy orange amber with a moderat off-white head. Toasty vegetal malt, dry bitter herbal flavor. Medium body, astringent mouth feel. Frank (4190) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 30, 2015
This is a reasonably tasty oktoberfest. It’s a bit sweet and malty, nothing all that special. It’s fairly drinkable for what it’s worth.

16 oz bottle. Deep amber orange. Decent malt nose and slight noble hop aroma. Taste is far too sweet/caramel for the style. Trev (2023) - Lakeville, Minnesota, USA - SEP 19, 2013
Amber with medium head.
Dusty bready malt. Light woody hop.
Bit thin on the palate. Toasted malt, biscuity, light caramel and a touch of woody bitterness.

The color is an ok orange, and it’s aroma is unfortunately better than the beer itself, for a second there is a nice malt flavor, but that is overtaken by a sweetness followed by a slight hops bitterness. Aggiebob (1123) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - SEP 16, 2015
Bottle. Orange gold in color with a frothy white head. Malty grassy aroma with with a sweet fruity flavor. nuplastikk (6254) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 9, 2011
500ml bottle. Orange-tan with some slight chill haze. Thin, patchy, oily head. Brewhouse aroma, a little sugary and sweet. Ouch. Lemony, way off for the style. I am drinking this in August, a year behind..it has fallen apart I hope. Thin and watery, with some gross medicinal hop leftover flavor. I suppose it’s not off, and the bitterness is just the effect of the "highly hopped" action. Almost an APA Vienna. Odd, but not so bad.
