Finally on tap at Lunar Brewing Co. in Villa Park, IL.. Thank you, Glunz! Dispensed to a shaker showing a lightly hazed, straw color, with a thick layer of cakey, white head froth that lingered, then planted some clingy, patches of lacing on the interior of the glass. The nose was light yeast, soft wheat, some malt sweetness, light pine, but mainly expressive grapefruit and tangerine. A good malt base and lingering, rind-like & earthy hop bitterness made up the flavor. Light to medium bodied with decent carbonation and a pleasantly dry finish, I found this IPA to be very warm weather appealing and nicely sessionable. Good job, Joe, Scott, and crew!

Pours cloudy yellow with a tall, fluffy white head. Aroma is pine...wood smoke. Taste is malty, light pine, white pepper, grapefruit peel. Very mild....soft and enjoyable.

On cask at Hotel Foster during MKE beer week 2013. Hazy witbier yellow with a creamy white lacemaker. Aroma of citrus, coriander, fresh lemon peel, yeast and bready malts. Taste is witbier with some citrus mixed in. Citrus, coriander, yeast, light pepper and bready malts with mild bitterness.

Very sweet, hoppy, citrus, maybe some yeast. Tastes pretty much the same. A little more bitter than I’d prefer, and the aftertaste is lacking a little, (kind of just disappears), but I was pleasantly surprised with this one.

Hazy gold to pale amber pour. Nose of wit yeast, light spice and grapefruit/citrus hops. Flavor is bitter grapefruit and lemon citus with medium Belgian wit presence in the background. Lingering bitter citrus and yeast. Actually pretty nice.

16oz can (Courtesy of Headbanger) poured into a Shaker at 44°. Color is a light golden with good carbonation and a rocky white head. Aroma is slightly sour with citrus and hops. It has a lighter medium body with a smooth mouth feel. Flavor has some wheat, grass and lemon coming in up front with a mild sweetness followed by some hop spice and a nice bitterness. After taste gives a hint of sour then more lemon before ending with a slightly dry bitterness. Overall this is a great White IPA, one of the better I’ve had. Its light and drinkable with complex white ale flavors.

Tap. Poured clear golden color with an average frothy white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate yeast balanced aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate bittersweet flavor with a moderate bittersweet finish of medium duration. Good brew.

Tallboy at Lambeau Field in Green Bay....hard to tell color and nose, really, given that the Wisconsin way is to drink from the bottle or can.... Be that as it may, this is the BEST beer I've ever bought at sporting event. Taste is a little overly herbal but still not bad; good given the low ABV Will do another when I can actually pour it into something. ---Rated via iPad

Slightly cloudy golden body with a nice three centimetre tall white head. Aroma of pale malt, wheat, alcohol and a nice piney and floral hop scent. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong wheat and hop flavours at first with a good light wheatie and yeast flavour and some smooth grassy flavours near the end. Aftertaste is mild with only some hops and mild yeast coming through with a little wheat and banana flavours. Overall, not a bad White IPA - showing some good fresh hops, but leaving the palate very mild and subdued throughout. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Total Wine in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida on 30-December-2013 for US$1.99 sampled in my hotel room here in Clearwater, Florida on 02-January-2013.
