COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle:A bit unclear, small to medium-sized white creamy head; sweet bready-malty nose with a light hoppy background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, malty base detectable; lingering, aromatic-hoppy finish with a sweet pale-malty support. A gem by Hessen standards.........

(33cl bottle) Slightly unclear, pale golden colour with a short but steady foamy white head. Sweet bready malty nose with a good dash of aromatic, flowery hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Bready malt-character, slightly chalky taste with rounded herbal and delicate flowery accent, leading into a dry and moderately bitter finish. A good find in the Hessian wastelands (03.III.09).

[bottle] Aroma is mostly noble hops, with a touch of honey malt and maybe a touch of hay. Clear straw with a thin, lacy, white cover. Not the most pleasant flavour: dry and bitter with not the freshest of hops. Maybe some citrus and even pine notes. Light body, medium carboation, tangy malt finish after the bitterness dissipates.
