Bottled. An amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, metal, and caramel, leading to a dry metallic finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing. Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 21, 2009
Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Sweet and malty with a little caramel. Medium body, caramel and a strange perfumy hoppiness. Some bitterness in the finish. 211009 cgreb (422) - Marburg, GERMANY - MAR 31, 2009

Bottle (thanx to asheft !):Clear, amber coloured, quite stable fluffy off-white head; clean nutty-caramelly nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; a bit tart in the dryish malty-bitter finish. Not bad.....

Nutty malt and floral, citrusy hops aroma with a touch of oak. Crystal clear amber under some large tan bubbles that quick drop to faint wisps. Very nutty and with a little tobacco and woody, apricot, and chocolate notes. Significant bitterness that is almost too much with the nuttiness. Sort of soda watery too. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, bitter finish, but not quite astringent.
